I booked with this company to have a secure ride waiting for us and to not have to wait a long time waiting in the heat . The driver notified us that they were in the port and that we should let them know when we arrived at customs and the pick up area. I notified of arriving at both spots, but the driver later admitted that they didnt see my texts and that they would be there in 2 min. this was about 45 minutes after I texted them. we were hot and sweaty and they didnt offer any bottled water. we paid probably triple what we would have paid a rideshare like uber. no apology. seems like they were having some break time and not paying attention. I booked this company for 4 rides for our group of 10 last month when sailing on the Icon. After receiving consistent run around from another company I reached out to Jiffy Jeff and had a quote and confirmed reservation within 24 hours! Phew! What a relief! The process was super easy and they had great communication along with great instructions on where to meet the drivers. I was looking for a company to transport 10 family members from the FLL airport, to the hotel, then hotel to Port of Miami, then return to the FLL airport after the cruise. GoJiffyjeff was that company. We started our email communications; the process was straightforward. One of our issues was, we needed a car seat and booster, GoJiffiyjeff could take care of that. Pricing was fair as I had checked many transportation companies. On the day before our 1st pickup, we got a picture of our driver and the location where Christian would meet us outside the Fort Lauderdale airport. Christian, was courteous, and helpful with 3 kids from 2-7. He shared his knowledge of the Fort Lauderdale area. 2nd leg of our adventure. Was from a Fort Lauderdale hotel to the Miami cruise terminal. Once again, I received a text from who our driver would be. Jeff was great, we were beyond excited on taking the family on a cruise. Jeff asked us questions and then shared his expertise of the areas between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. 3rd leg of our adventure. I had originally booked a round trip from Miami cruise terminal to FLL. Once I figured out, we had over 7 hours between disembarking and flights. Jeff came up with a suggestion of going to an hourly rate verse drop off to drop off. Fantastic idea. All 10 of us saw the Port of Miami, down to South Beach on Ocean Blvd. We went for lunch at Margaritaville in Hollywood Beach. This was Jeff's old stomping grounds, he shared lots of fun stories growing up. It is nice when you meet people that are willing to changed their plans to accommodate your adventure. Our last stop was to Jaxson's Ice Cream in Dania Florida. Jeff stopped the shuttle; we all grab ice creams. Great way to finish our time in Florida. I highly recommend Jiffy Jeff Transportation. There was seven of us and we had Fort Lauderdale Airport pickup to Miami hotel and then cruise port pickup back to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Both drivers we had were on time with spacious clean vehicles and everything went seamlessly. The entire process was easy and took a lot of stress off me in trying to arrange for transportation with us having three small grandchildren and all the luggage and car seats we had. They do provide car seats if you need them, however we did bring our own for our transportation from the hotel to the cruise port. My daughter and her friend had their flight home from Florida initially delayed then cancelled - the only flight out was a 7am the next day - found a hotel but struggled to find Uber Lyft Taxi that would pick them up at 4:30am and take them back to the airport - we called 3 airport shuttle services before finding JIFFY JEFF- he agreed to the pickup and was responsive thorough and comforting on a day that was filled with so many challenges. He communicated with the girls every step of the way and got them safely back to the airport early enough to get through the long TSA lines that awaited them. My family and 2 other families used Jiffy Jeff to travel from the FLL Hyatt to the Port of Miami for our Disney cruise and the return to the airport after. From the time I booked the travel until the time they dropped us off to go home, Jeff was constantly in communication via email prior to the trip and calls and texts during. Jeff and his drivers always kept us up to date where they were, when they would be there, and where we needed to be. We were a party of 12 with 6 kids aged 9-14 and we all fit, with plenty of room, in Jeff's vans. The drivers we had, Caesar and Mick were both great. I found this outfit via Google but looked up reviews here on Yelp. I was very pleased with the service I received from Jiffy Jeff. The cars were clean and they had a booster seat for my child that we could use. I rented 2 different 1-way trips; Ft Lauderdale airport to Miami, and Port Miami to Ft Lauderdale airport. One leg was essentially a private ride, which was a little pricey but the service was outstanding and timely. The other leg was a full shared ride with 3 different families and there we paid $15/person, which is very reasonable. Communication is prompt and consistent; the company texts you a picture of your driver so you know who to look for. Instructions are clear for what you need to do. On the return leg, which was a very busy day, I got the feeling the driver preferred cash for speed but he took credit cards from the families also. I paid cash and sped off on my way. I will use again if I am down this way. read more

My son and I needed a shuttle from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami for a cruise. We flew in the night before. Booking with the cruise line would mean we'd need to get from our hotel, back to the FLL airport, just to catch the cruise ship shuttle to Miami. What a hassle! I decided to book Jiffy Jeff instead, and I'm glad I did! The driver (Jeff) showed up about 10 minutes early to our hotel, we had an easy ride in a nice air-conditioned Mercedes van from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami. The rate was $15 each, and even with a $5/each tip, we came out well ahead vs. booking through the cruise line. Cons: -The drivers are the opposite of Jeff; not so nice or courteous -Late pickup and poor communication by drivers I had a transfer from Port of Miami to FLL airport scheduled for the morning of 3/3/2019 for my fiancee and me. I called Jeff on the morning of at 7:30am and he promptly gave me instructions on how to proceed. He also recognized my number and called me by my name instantly; that was cool. Once I had gotten outside at 9:45am, I gave him a call again and he directed me to a pillar to wait at for the shuttle. He also gave me the name and number of the driver picking me up. I texted the number telling him my status. About 20 minutes later at 10:05am, I had not seen or heard back from the driver or his shuttle. I decided to give him a call. He told me that he "already" had 10 people in his shuttle and that he would "try" to come get me. Then the call dropped. "Try"? I had no idea if he was really coming or not. 20 more minutes passed. Still no sign of the shuttle. I called Jeff again, and he very promptly sent me another driver's name and shuttle. That was great, but driver #2 then told me he was still 25 minutes away. That's fine, I decided to be patient. 25 minutes later, I got a call from the driver. I couldn't really make out what he was saying - the call quality was awful. When I asked him to repeat what he had said, he very obviously lost patience and had an annoyed tone when repeating his words. He was still on his way, apparently. A few minutes later, I saw an unmarked Mercedes Sprinter pull up past us. The driver had previously mentioned something about his windshield being an indicator to look out for, but I saw nothing. This was especially weird since every other shuttle that passed by had clear markings indicating what company they belonged to. I got a call from driver #2: "where are you?? I'm here already". Me: "Hi I'm still here at F7, are you the black Sprinter?" Driver: "Ya do you see me? I have my blinkers on" How about "Hello I'm here, I have my blinkers on, please come to the vehicle"?? He then came out and I immediately apologized for not being able to hear him clearly due to call quality. All I got was "I know" in a very annoyed tone. He then started to help me load the luggage into the back of the Sprinter. Except there was already a lot of luggage. He was having trouble, so I had to load MY OWN LUGGAGE including a 50 pound bag onto the at least 8 foot tall mountain of luggage. At 11:15am, we were finally on the way. The ride and vehicle itself was smooth and good. Clean, efficient, and no disturbances. Plenty of A/C. We got to the first terminal of drop offs, and I had to step out to allow other passengers to get off. When they had finished coming out, one other passenger courteously reminded the driver that I still needed to get back on. "I know", he once again said in an annoyed tone, and waved at me to get on. When we got to our terminal, I thankfully didn't have to get my own luggage out of the pile. I proceeded to dig up some tip (not that the driver deserved it TBH) and gave it to him. I had forgotten that I didn't pre pay for the trip and that I owed him still. He decided that the appropriate reaction was a "WTF" expression on his face and raising his hands up like I had just slapped his mother. Is it so much to just kindly remind me that I still owed money? I promptly gave him the correct amount and thanked him. He just walked away. No "thanks" or "you're welcome". Overall, they still got the job done, even if it did take 2.5 hours from when I called to say I was ready for pickup. It's still reasonably priced as well at $15 per person. Jeff is great as well, and very responsible. However, it doesn't seem like he picked his drivers for their attitude, as they had piss poor ones. Just some common courtesy could have made this a much shorter, 5 star review. I'll be searching elsewhere for transfers in the Miami/FLL area next time. read more

Horrible, horrible customer service! I called to confirm our reservation and the person I spoke to was very unprofessional and he had no idea if we even had a reservation, or any details around transfers to and from the port of Miami, then asked that I email to confirm instead. I emailed him (via a reply through an ongoing email chain) to confirm our reservation, showing the amount that was also agreed upon, but he insisted that we misunderstood regarding our return transfer from the port of Miami. We resent the email and his response was: "You know what we are not on the same page and we are going to cancel all your transfers. Sorry it just seems like you think differently then we do so we are are going to decline your transfers. Sorry but we won't be able to help you with any of the transfers. Sorry but we are unable to help you with any of these transfers. Please look into other alternative options. Have a pleasant trip. Regards, Jiffy Jeff Transportation" Basically rubbing it in our face that they get to cancel our transfers and put us in a bind to find new transportation with a 2 year old that requires a car seat. It was straightforward pricing, never changing or adding fees. The driver was on time with a vehicle that provided plenty of room without worrying. When we were picked up after our cruise we didn't have to stress were the driver was, as he was communicative throughout the entire process, letting us know where he was and whatnot. Great price for shared ride from FLL to Port of Miami ($15 pp), clean cars, and good communication from Jeff. However, we had a few issues with both our pre & post cruise rides that need to be mentioned: 1. We chose this company because their website states that they have carseats. We called to confirm and were told that they would have a seat ready for our 35 lb. 4 year old. When our ride came, the seat was "installed" incorrectly and was useless. We used a regular booster as a back up but I was less than happy about that. We thought our driver might have just been uninformed/inexperienced with carseats, and the ride was otherwise fine, so we kept our reservation for the return trip (more on that below). 2. We weren't told that we would need to hire a private car for our return trip until we were already booked and confirming pickup for our ride to the cruise port. Apparently, they don't offer shared rides for flights before 12 pm (ours was at 11:45 am) so it cost $150 for a private ride. We had 5 people so it was comparable to the cruiseline's transfer pricing per person, and kept the reservation. 3. When we were picked up in a 3-row SUV, the carseat was again hooked incorrectly and would have been useless in an accident. We used the booster seat again, much to my dismay, and I had to squeeze in the middle seat next to the empty carseat since the trunk was full of luggage and there was nowhere else to put it. 4. My husband confirmed with Jeff that the driver would accept a credit/debit card, but he was only willing to take cash at the end of the ride. Bottom line, CARSEATS SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. Florida law requires children age 5 and under to be secured properly in a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device. https://www.flhsmv.gov/safety-center/child-safety/safety-belts-child-restraints/ If we didn't need a carseat and could use shared rides both ways, I might consider using Jiffy Jeff again solely because of the affordable shared ride rates. Loved the service on the way to the Fort Lauderdale Airport for our cruise. Would have given 5 stars, however, the driver on the return trip was rude. He didn't ask what terminals people were going to until after adding the suitcases into the van. When people told him his response was "You should have told me before I put the suitcases in, I would have organized them. Now it will take forever. " We had not been asked and should not have to guess what the driver wants from us. Then on the ride conversation of those riding turned to liqueurs purchased overseas. The driver rudely interjected from the front that he had other riders after and we had better not spill any open drinks in back. No one had any open drinks mind you. Twice while speeding down the highway he decided that taking phone calls on his phone (handheld not a Bluetooth) and driving a 15 passenger van was safe. Glad we paid to risk pur safety to a professional driver steering one handed, to be spoken to rudely and chastised like children for something we weren't even doing. read more

We used Jiffy Jeff for multiple transfers on a recent large group cruise vacation to FLL. They were AWESOME! They met each of our needs. From our VRBO in FLL back to Miami for a party and then back to FLL. Then a quick transfer from our VRBO to Port Everglades a few days later for our cruise! Easy Peasy! Their rates were great, service was even better than the rates and the communication with the bosses and drivers was even better yet!! Our plans basically changed every day and then even a bit during the day, Jiffy Jeff was amazing and never missed a beat, never kept us waiting and were 100% on top of our needs. Gotta sort of a very hard spot. As it turns out this is actually the best choice for traveling between airports and also if you're going on a cruise.
