If you're seeking quality medical evaluation, DO NOT go to this facility. Two weeks ago, I visited for an uncomplicated UTI and was prescribed antibiotics. Given my history of recurrent UTIs, I went to urgent care immediately after taking Pyridium, so my symptoms were very mild. On the fourth day of my antibiotic course, this facility FAILED to follow up with me regarding the urinalysis and urine culture results to ensure my symptoms were improving and the prescribed antibiotics were appropriate. Unfortunately, my condition worsened compared to the first day, so I called them for a different antibiotic. It was confusing why I had to physically return for a new prescription when all they needed to do was adjust my medication and send it to my pharmacy. The front desk insisted that I still needed to come in. If they needed to collect a specimen again, that would make sense, but changing my antibiotic should have been straightforward. I called and waited over two hours for the nurse practitioner to return my call. They finally got in touch two days later, which was already the sixth day of taking the initial antibiotics. Who the hell wants to take antibiotics for almost two weeks? While the NPs and MDs are busy seeing patients, the front desk lady should facilitate communication between patients and medical professionals rather than jusy relaying messages. I am also a nurse with experience in hospitals, urgent care, and private practices. I can confidently say this place ranks among the WORST in professionalism I've been. read more

It is uncommon to be under the care of a doctor who is not only a skilled professional, but is so intuitive not only about physical injuries, but toward a patient's psychological trauma as well. In my case, she treated my physical injuries perfectly but warned about the possibility of PTSD "sneaking up" on me, and when it unexpectedly did, she was warm and comforting and full of good advice. I had a persistent cough and they immediately accepted me without an appointment. The doctor was extremely nice and carefully explained her treatment plan. This is the most horrible urgent care I've ever been to. Visited as my 2 year old wasn't feeling well. They've an extremely small waiting area. There were 3 patients waiting in that room. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the office at 10AM, which is when they were supposed to open. Provider arrived a few minutes later but couldn't open the office. Receptionist showed up at 10:40, I asked if she was opening up and she immediately started yelling at me. She then threatened to leave so that I would not be able to see a provider at all. It was the most bizarre and unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced. The office staff at this urgent care has always been awful, but this was a whole new low. 2017 came back still same great service. Great staff, clean facility, and I love the therapy doggy stella! This is a nice place. I don't think there are any other extended hour/weekend urgent care clinics in Princeton. I came here and was out within 20 minutes. (Side note) The nurse advised they are seeking a radiology technician. As of now I know they have two doctors at this practice. I would advisie checking out their website for treatment details but I'm certain coming here in the late evening is better than going to an ER if you don't have a severe medical emergency. They are located in the same shopping center as Mrs. Greens grocery store and a rite aide is just across the street. read more

This is a big fraud. This urgent care charged me, saying that my insurance card was not working and that I had to pay the full amount, promising to reimburse me later. They never reimbursed me. The sad part is, they collected money from the insurance company while I paid $155. With my insurance, I was supposed to pay only $20. When I call the billing number, it says the user is busy. I'm going to get to the bottom of this. I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Please be careful with this urgent care. Absolutely do not recommend this place. read more

The experience at this urgent care was less than ideal. There was unprofessional behavior from the start with this staff which included the receptionist calling out to the medical assistants in the back yelling "I have a patient here" two to three times before he brought us to an exam room while blatantly ignoring phone calls. The medical assistant's behavior was rude as she asked questions on intake and completing a Covid/strep test. This office failed to give us the results back from the tests where we repeatedly tried to call the office for three days. They also failed to leave a message stating to stop taking the incorrect medication. I would highly not recommend this place after this experience. read more

Friendliest urgent care I've been to. Took me without an appointment, and it was the shortest wait time to see a doctor. In and out.

My daughter went here and left before seeing the doctor. The doctor and receptionist repeatedly charged people more than their copay which lead to verbal confrontations in the lobby. When my daughter inquired what she would be charged the receptionist went to the next room and could be overheard saying rude comments about being asked. She then returned and said my daughter would be charged the copay, then doctor came out and said no, she would be charged $100. Needless to say it was all very sketchy and bizarre for a medical practice. The decision was made to go to a different urgent care where they seemed less likely to scam you. read more

Maybe it used to be good, but it isn't any longer. At my most recent visit there, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, they double billed me (by accident?)...and while the website says "feel free to contact our billing department," there is no way to figure out how to do that. The website conveniently doesn't list a contact for them. Moreover, at least in Ewing, they NEVER answer the phone, so if you have a problem, you get to drive there. I went there Oct 5 and they called me with my test results Oct 10 - 5 days late for a simple urine test that takes 24-48 hours to come back from the lab. They put me on wrong medication for 5 days! This is the EXACT OPPOSITE of Urgent Care, even my primary care doctor can do better than this. Dr Seeta Arjun seemed nice but I'll never go back there. Yikes. read more

I took my 80 year old Aunt to InFocus at West Windsor location. She was seen by physician assistant Donald Huntington. My aunt has recently travelled from overseas and had been tested for COVID however she had GI issues along with cough as well as slight fever. After waiting a long time to be checked in she was finally seen. No vitals were taken except to check temperature. Donald Huntingdon did not evaluate her properly, did not check her lungs and did not explain my aunt anything in detail. My Aunt speaks Fluent English-- matter of fact she teaches English as a second language to young professionals overseas - so it had nothing to do with a language barrier. He had no bed side manners was rude and negligent. When I arrived and asked for details - he became defensive and said that the patient should have requested all this - are you kidding me - who is the medical professional here? I had to make him take vitals and he refused to give us visit notes and told us that we would have to wait another hour or so. Word of advice if this Physician assistant is on duty please find another location - saves you money and time and headache. Donald Huntingdon PA should not be in this profession. read more

My daughter hurt her arm at school and was in a lot of pain. Walked in at 1:00pm with a daughter in tears and walked out 45 minutes later with an x-ray diagnosis of mild fracture and temporary cast. Very glad we went to InFocus urgent care in West Windsor instead of the ER. read more

I came to this place for a Covid test and Covid antibody test in July 2020. They charged me a copay, which I didn't think anything of at the time. I was just now going through my insurance records for 2020, and it turns out my insurance paid the whole amount, and this place should have charged me nothing. Did they ever bother to refund my copay? Of course not! What pigs. What a scam. This place should be put out of business. read more

The Doctor was able to determine exactly why I was sick for so long and about a week longer, I was so much better!! We took my 85 yo mother here in a Sunday when she was experiencing some alarming symptoms. This is a wonderful place!! Dr Arjun and her staff (including Stella the comfort/companion dog) are amazing!! They were thorough, kind and efficient. My only regret is that we can't use them for my Mother's primary care. Got COVID tests here nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten the results... What is the point?

When I first went in they confirmed my appointment with me an hour before hand. When I arrived I was told there were running late but at most it would be a 15-20min wait. Almost 1.5 hours later they finally were ready for me. The doctor and nurse were congratulating each other on how they were "almost caught up" and how efficient they were being. That was over 2 weeks ago I went for a covid test and I still have not heard back. I have called and left a message but nothing. I was told originally testing was backed up for expect to wait 3-6 days which was fine but what is the point of even taking the test if you are going to have to quarantine for the 14 day period anyway because of the wait? That is just a waste of everyone's time and resources. They have little regard for follow up and have been completely useless. read more

Had to give them 1 star only because there was no option of a 0 star. Absolutely shady billing practice. If you have insurance, do not pay them more copay than what is stated on your insurance card. Although my insurance card said that my copay was $30, the billing admin at the practice said she could "not verify" this copay in their system and asked me to pay $150 with the promise that I would be refunded the excess amount after insurance claim was settled. Insurance did pay them the $120 that the practice was supposed to get, but I did not get back my excess payment. If you call the clinic they direct billing questions to the "billing department". Their "billing department" is a joke-it is a voicemail that never returns your call so you keep going around in circles with no resolution. I am planning to sue them in a small claims court. Any one on this board who has been cheated on their payment by this fraudulent practice want to join me? read more

Went to the West Windsor office with what I thought was a sprained ankle. The doctor took x-rays and assured me that it wasn't broken. He sold me a boot and wrote a prescription for an MRI to see if there was ligament damage. When I followed up with an orthopedist, he told me my ankle was broken and that it required surgery to heal properly. When we tried to get the original images to compare to the ones the orthopedist took, they told me they couldn't find them and I had to go back repeatedly. Then they tried to charge me $10 to put the images on a CD. When I complained, they back down but the disk they gave me was blank. read more

I visited Infocus yesterday evening because I thought I had strep throat. I was very impressed with both the facility and the quality of care I received. The facility itself was immaculate, bright, and cheery - exactly how you want an urgent care center to be. Upon entry, I was greeted warmly by a receptionist who was friendly and polite (and clearly not a high school student). She even noticed it was my birthday from my ID and wished me a Happy Birthday (extra points for that!). The check in process was super quick and I was in a room within 5 minutes. The nurse was also friendly and efficient. The doctor was great. She diagnosed me immediately, gave me a prescription, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. We're new to the area and have 4 kids, so I'm sure we will be using Infocus again! read more

Better off getting COVID testing through your local pharmacy. This place will charge you a full urgent care visit copay for the privilege of taking your temperature and "being seen" by somebody. Maybe questionable billing practices as I never had a medical professional identify themself as such to me during my visit which I found quite unprofessional. They ran over 1/2 an hour late for my appointment and did not care to proactively communicate the delay while myself and other patients waited outside in the cold. The whole process takes minutes at a pharmacy and there's usually no charge for the test with most insurances. You're better off considering other options as it may save you both time and money. read more

Took my wife to this place. Doctor prescribed Rx. Went to the pharmacy & they told the Doctor prescribed is not in the Insurance list. By the way my Insurance is one of the top Insurance company at US so definitely you need to trust the Insurance. Pharmacy tried to call the office but the office was closed by that time. The only option what I had was pay by Cash if I want that medicine as Insurance will not process. Pharmacist told that if I am OK if I can wait for the night & go to Doctor's Office next day to find out what's going on. I took the decision to wait as the cash price was outrageous. My wife was in pain throughout the night. Went to the Doctor's office next day & looks like they are aware about this kind of situation at past. The nurse worked on it for 45 mins & was able to send the Rx request with Dr. Seeta Arjun's name (not the real Doctor's name). When I spoke with the actual doctor, he said he's new to the practise. The doctor looks quite old in fact looks more of a retired person so I didn't understand what does "New In Practise means". I don't want to tell the Doctor's name intentionally in the public forum because I mercy for the doctor. Won't ever visit to this place & in case you guys have option try to avoid this place. I read some excellent reviews about Dr. Arjun (assuming those are not fake) & got to know she is the Director. Also the Rx list 3 Doctor's name where the Dr I visited is not printed. The name is urgent care but be sure the RX will not work. Terrible place. Not sure how they are doing business in our Community. read more

Dr. Arjun is fantastic! She was able to see me promptly on a Monday evening. Her diagnosis was spot on and her bedside manners are wonderful. Prior to deciding to see her, I had just come from the nearest emergency room where my other choice was a 4 hour wait (which is why I decided to see Dr. Arjun instead). I'm glad to have a great, caring doctor with emergency room experience close by who has convenient hours and who can see you promptly. read more

While the people are lovely, this is the second time I went needing an x-ray and was not able to get it done at the office. It would be helpful for you to post the days/times that x-ray services are available so patients don't have to make a trip to urgent care and then to another office for the x-ray. read more

I went here for COVID testing in late July. THe experience when I was there was fine but they never posted my results in my portal and I had to call multiple times to get the results. Additionally, I paid a substantial copay for myself and two other family members and, even tho my insurance then later covered the entire cost, I have been unable to get the copay refunded. I've left multiple messages and no one has returned my phone calls ever. For Mercer County residents, the at home test is free and easy. I would not return to this facility if I had any other choice since it's impossible to get in touch with them and they are not operating according to above board business practices. read more

If you think there is a chance they might not be able to treat you just go to the ER. Otherwise they will take the copay, make you wait and then tell you to go to the ER. They'll direct you to their billing department who will probably take at least 4 calls before you get a call back. Then they'll tell you that they don't refund. read more
