I was very comfortable to be in the buff than spa world and king. There are two rooms one is yellow ocher room and the other room is salt room. Both provide equal health benefits. Sort of like stepping into an extra, extra big shower stall but with a float tub instead of a shower. I wondered if the pod would be claustrophobic when I shut the lid but not so. Firstly, I could sit up if I wanted without banging my head on the lid. Secondly, the lid has a pretty lighted star pattern. So when I laid back and relaxed into the just the right temperature water, it felt like I was looking out onto a big window of stars. And then I closed my eyes and had the very most relaxing hour. If one wants complete darkness theres a button for the starlight too. I will definitely return in the future.

Start slow and ease your way into staying longer and for more rounds. The only thing I wish they had was a separate changing space so you don't feel like you're rushing to get changed before your session ends.

Unfortunately the Sauna has never worked right…read more They did come out and insulate it which made a difference (wouldn't heat past 170 no matter how long it ran). It takes 90 minutes + to get to 180 degrees but still doesn't hold the temp well - its routinely at 175 when I get out. I have shown them that the heater is not pulling enough electricity to heat the area (power is available) indicating a defective heater. Jeff - the ops manager doesn't care. "Call the manufacturer" is his solution.

Nicky is wonderful and communicates quickly and efficiently. She is kind and supports local organizations which is what I look for in a business. She supports the Ulman foundation and hosts young people impacting by cancer so we can focus on us and escape for a bit. My expectation is not that the salt cave experience replaces my medical advice from my doctors or care team. I have been to the salt cave 4-5 times and then chose to host a birthday party in the cave with sound medication. I had the place with just my 5 girlfriends and it was so fun. Just FYI, I love the sound medication but if you have sound sensitivity know going in it's a lot of different types of sounds and can get loud or high pitched. I will absolutely go back and book a private party for the salt cave. It's an amazing atmosphere with a sauna and Nicky runs groups and has an e-mail blast with all the upcoming events.
