I was actually referred directly to Bryan, the owner of the business through a mutual friend. I had a couple of bad experiences in the past so my expectations were low so although it would have been hard for me to find someone worse than what I had in the past, but he turned out to be great. At first I was just really pleased with the fact that he actually showed up at the time he was scheduled for, but I was quickly won over by not only his knowledge, but also the little things he did. For example, there was a package on my doorstep from amazon which I didn't know was there. Instead of walking past it like I probably would have, he picked it up and brought it to the door and brought it inside for me. I know that's not a huge deal, but I think it speaks to his character. He was very friendly and although I'm a computer illiterate, he was able to explain things in a way I felt I at least had an idea of what he was talking about. Overall I was very satisfied with his service and even referred him to a few friends. My husband wasn't all too thrilled about how my friend Angela & I were going on about how good looking he is, but hey, it's just another one of those "little things" I mentioned earlier. I told my husband just because I'm on a diet doesn't mean I can't browse the menu! He didn't find it as funny as I did. The guys at Infusion Technical Services helped me out of a jam. As a technical person my family calls me frequently for technical support.
