Huge lack of understanding the situation at hand. Care​ was questionable as no one seemed​ to address crucial events in the care of our loved one​ I did meet with several people to discuss. I'm not really satisfied with the answers that I got however. I'm just hoping that they've learned something from the mistakes that they made. ​ The whole experience is still a nightmare in itself alone without losing our loved one too.

This was not a service we wanted or thought we would ever need. Cats hide their sickness, so we did not have any warning signs. We did not have a lot of time, but did not want to have him pass scared at the emergency vet. We were lucky enough to be able to bring him home and have Full Circle come over the same day. Carrie has the perfect demeanor and was so kind through the process. She explained what would happen and made sure we were ready to do so when the time came. While I hope to never have to call/use Full Circle again, I am very thankful that we were able to be with Milhouse at home while he passed. He was comfortable and did not need to suffer longer than necessary.
