I knew the shop, and that it had been in the same location for years, so I decided to trust them. I took my car in to have an oil leak fixed, and after a week, I was told it was fixed. Once I got there, however, another leak had started in the time between getting the call my car was ready, and the time I got to the shop. Ok, things happen. I get a diagnosis of a rear main seal, and ok the work. This took almost 2 month to be completed. I picked up car up, and once home, I saw it was leaking oil still. So I call the shop, and was told "it's probably just residual oil", and to bring it back if it continues. I also noticed they did not replace the engine cover. I called and they located it, so we went back to have it put back on. Well, the oil leak did continue (after giving it time to stop, so I could say, yes, I did wait and see), and I brought it back within a week. My calls for a diagnosis were brushed off, I was told someone work call me but that they were "really backed up". I ended up only getting answers once the husband called, and even then, they were slow in answering. This went on for nearly 3 months. I only left it because I did not want to go through the expense of getting another mechanic to diagnose it (and the added expense that would be), and frankly, because I had already waited so long, and paid a good deal to have my vehicle fixed, and it wasn't fixed. Ultimately, I paid $67 for the part, and got my car back. Driving, I started to notice a noise from the front driver-side wheel. The noise progressed quickly into a "helicopter" like sound, and there was some shake to the steering wheel. I went through some possibilities in my head. Now, when I picked up my car from the shop, the locking lug nut socket was sitting in my cup holder. Odd, as that is not where I keep it, and I couldn't figure out why they would have taken a wheel off. I put it in my center console to store it away, but it being left out like that bothered me. Unfortunately, I ended up sick with the flu, and wasn't up for trying to get to the bottom of the situation until this week. I did NOT want to take my car back to the shop that had proven not to be communicative and had treated me like the lowest priority customer. The trust was lost. I took it to another shop close by me (another that had been around for decades) today for a diagnosis, fearing the worse/most expensive repair was forthcoming. Within an hour or 2, the technician called us back with the determination- the previous shop had taken the wheel off (no problem, if there was a need) and out of 6 lug nuts only 1 was tightened. 1 was completely missing, and the other 4 were loose. Because of this there was damage to the wheel (thankfully, not enough to cause a replacement yet). The technician sounded incredulous, explaining that we were lucky the wheel did not come off, and that if we had taken it on the highway, that was a potentially fatal accident waiting to happen. When I was told this, my thoughts went back to that lug socket and how it seemed odd that it was left in my cup holder. So, I agreed to the repair, and had my car back around 4 pm. However, this was almost $180 that I should NEVER had to spend, and it was all due to someone not doing their job correctly and ensuring they checked all the boxes when putting my vehicle back together. I do not feel I should foot the bill to repair something that Auto Wench caused. Thankfully, The wheel stayed on, a flying wheel did not cause anyone else to be injured or killed, and that myself and my 2 kids did not get killed due to this (I have to take my youngest to college to move in soon, so I needed to get it looked at before that happened).

The agreed-upon repairs included replacing piston rings, connecting rod bearings, resurfacing fuel injectors, and addressing issues with cylinder 3's heads and valves. December 2024: The shop requested additional money to complete the repair, claiming the need to order more parts from Audi. January 28, 2025: The owner confirmed receiving the necessary parts,  February 7th he stated he had an emergency and had to leave the country. February 21 2025: we visit the shop and I discovered my engine disassembled, with parts ordered from China rather than the promised Audi components. After expressing concern, I reluctantly agreed to have the engine reassembled, understanding I might lose the $3,000 deposit but fearing further losses. The owner promised the vehicle would be ready by March 3, 2025, along with the original contract and replaced parts. March 3rd 2025: scott from the BAR visit the shop to obtain the contract and it was closed.  Mando told him he was ill March 4, 2025: After following up, I was informed of a new issue with the rear tensioner, requiring another part. Mando claimed to have the part and promised to finish the repair.  He also confirmed he was not going to try and take any more money since he didn't complete the repairs. March 10, 2025: The shop was closed and is reportedly staying closed for the week, leaving my vehicle in pieces. I have since contacted local law enforcement, who indicated this may constitute embezzlement, and the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) has already issued a citation against the shop. In the meantime: My vehicle remains undrivable and disassembled for 4 months. I had to purchase another car, spending $5,000 on alternate transportation. I am left without my $3,000 deposit, with no resolution in sight. My 2014  Audi Q7 with 109k miles current market value is approximately $10,000 I have no vehicle to this day and no one will help me.

Both turbos on my f150 are leaking oil after they replaced them. The oil pan and plug are both leaking after they replaced them. The valve cover is STILL leaking after I asked them to replace it. There is another leak unrelated to them, at least I think it is unrelated, on the timing cover. I told them I suspected leaks and they made up excuses like oil spilled in the bay. When the leaks were discovered they never responded and haven't since. There were smaller issues like repairs taking weeks that should have been days. On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, my young adult daughter brought her vehicle to Firestone for a full vehicle inspection and an oil change. During the inspection, the Service Advisor, Jeremy, recommended several repairs that raised serious concerns for us. He recommended replacing the rear brake pads and rotors, stating that there were only 2 mm of brake pads remaining. However, we subsequently had the vehicle inspected by another automotive shop, which reported that the rear brakes had approximately 5-6mm of brake pad remaining and that the rear brakes did not require immediate replacement. Jeremy also recommended replacing the front tires, which was another recommendation that was contradicted by the subsequent inspection. As a parent, I am extremely concerned that my young adult daughter was presented with recommendations for costly services that, based on a second professional inspection, were not necessary at that time. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in this Firestone location. I strongly encourage customers to get a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs recommended here. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

The first time I went there in June my car was in that shop for 7 DAYS for a brake and radiator flush job. They were rude to me and I am contacting the auto bureau about their practices this is ridiculous to charge these kind of fees and get you since your forced to pay their diagnosis so they think they have you and you will pay their fees for work well this time I didn't pay their over $700 job BEWARE!!!! They also tell your price in pennies such as $640 dollars and 36 pennies or whatever the cent price was to try to psych you into thinking your getting great price.
