I work right next to this little donut shop, and every day when I pull into work, I see a steady stream of customers going in and out. Today, I finally decided to give it a try for myself. The shop is small and cozy, with only a small seating area, so it seems geared more toward grab-and-go customers. The donuts looked fresh, and the customer service was friendly and welcoming. I kept my order simple and picked up one cake donut and two glazed donuts. Nothing fancy--I wanted to try the basics first. The glazed donuts were delicious: fresh, soft, and exactly what you'd want from a classic donut. The cake donut was a little dry and crusty for my taste, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely come back. Since it's right next to my job, I'm looking forward to trying some of their other flavors, especially the blueberry cake donut, on my next visit. read more

I have to say this is one of the worst donut shops I been too. The customer service was horrible and rushed . My food was thrown at me on the counter as if I wasn't welcomed or if I wasn't good enough to order from there. I don't know if it has to do with my race but I was felt singled out. the caucasian people were treated very well with even smiles on there face but when it came to me it was like if I had done something to them . One of the better donut shops and I'm hesitant to post as I don't want all of you taking the last donut or sausage roll ahead of me before I get there! I mean that! Save me one! It has a drive through. Let that sink in for a second. It has a drive through. So for all of you with bed head and bad breath; pile the kids in the mini van and bribe them for good behavior for the morning. I'll either be in front of you or behind you in the drive through line hiding from public view as I get my donut fix. The donuts are actually outstanding in flavor and the service is always over the top. They truly appreciate your business and always show it. If you want to take something special in to the office, call in an order the morning before. Ingram's will turn you into a hero! not only was I caught off guard at the sign on the window I couldn't read that is written in red pen, (I went inside after realizing it said they were going to be closed Thursday and Friday - if you are putting a sign on the door use a Bold Thick marker or maybe a PRINTER with a BOLD font for legibility please) Im still baffled at how I spent $33.88 on 6 glazed, 6 filled and 4 sausage rolls. I BELIEVE the sausage rolls were $3.49 which makes the total $13.96 plus tax so a dozen doughnuts is $18.77? They were totally undercooked and lacking any texture at all. Very Raw Dough. These guys have unfortunately lost the magic they once had years ago. They have cold tasteless pig n blankets, like to no selection, poor attitude from younger staff (entitled), inconsistent portions and cook variances. This use to be my favorite in Dallas but they have taken their customers for granted and cut costs and quality. Party over here. Don't other going by after 9:45 or you will have no choices other than tired old glazed donuts. I'm really sad this place died. read more

I use to love this place but with today's service I'm never going back. So first they tell me they don't have cinnamon sugar and I'm like ok that fine I'll go elsewhere then she said oh we can make some for you it's just going to take a little longer. So I waited 3 minutes nothing crazy and then she tries to charge me $3 dollars for each donut because she said she had to make some more. Who charges for something that it's their fault that they don't have any ? I took the donuts and she proceeded to argue with me saying that she made them for me when I clearly told her I could go elsewhere and she didn't have to make more. Servicable bakery. They don't have kolaches, but they do have "sausage rolls", which tasted a LOT like kolaches to me, lol. They also have the normal offering of donuts, muffins, etc. All are good. Ingram's is conveniently located off Abrams and NW Hwy as I head to work each morning. This past week, I had the idea to pick up some donuts to bring in to work for my team. The service at Ingram's was attentive, the facility was clean, the donuts were fresh, and my team was very pleased with the treat! I got a dozen glazed donut holes, a dozen chocolate iced donut holes, and a half dozen mini apple fritters. I loved all the bite-sized options available, which were perfect to share with a group! The price was fair at $7 for my order; I think each dozen donut holes are about $2, and the mini apple fritters were about $0.50 each. My co-worker claimed the apple fritters were the best he'd had in Dallas! Everything was finger-licking good! read more

Mmmm. Donuts. The donuts here are really good, widely varied and Southern style - they're actually sweet, not like the bland hockey pucks from Dunkin' Donuts. Go in - they have a drive-thru, but I don't know how you can pick a dozen assorted donuts without seeing what they have that day. After your sweet tooth is satisfied, the real reason to go is the kolaches. (When I was young, they were "Pigs in a Blanket", but it's much cooler to say "kolaches.") Small sausages wrapped in dough.
