New local hookah spot for sure! The minute you walk in, we were warmly greeted by Abe and quickly seated. I've been looking for a spot that mirrored my old spot in California and I think I found it. It's located about 6 minutes from home and an easy find form the main road. They were playing nostalgic bangers and was real vibe. The couches and seats were so comfy. Abe even handed me a blanket. At some point the hookah got harsh and I'm terrible at fixing it and get nervous asking for help. But Abe made it so easy to ask for some assistance and was quick to offer advice and readjusted it for us. We will definitely be coming back!!! We ordered Melon + Mint (our always go to) and was smoooooooth.

Omgggg!!! We came here last night for our really good friends birthday who doesn't get out much We got there around 10ish & we were the only ones there but upon arrival we were greeted with such great energy & it was just the best vibe!!!! We got to play the music we wanted & sit wherever! For us being the only ones there it was seriously so much fun. After being there about 30 min more people started coming in but it wasn't overly packed, slow service or any of that. K our server was so attentive & made the night so enjoyable!! They just remodeled & it's so beautiful inside. Really happy with our experience & they made our friend feel so special for her birthday!! We will definitely be back because this will be our new regular hangout spot. Thank you soo much inhale hookah lounge! You'll be seeing us so soon read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Inhale Hookah Lounge and would not recommend it. I went with two friends, and we only wanted to share one hookah, which was listed on the menu for $40. Before ordering, we specifically asked our server, Crystal, whether choosing two flavors for a single hookah would still cost $40 or if it would be $80. Since we only wanted one hookah, we wanted to make sure we understood the pricing. Crystal went to ask her manager and came back with waters but never answered our question. We had to ask her twice before she finally said, "Don't worry, he said he'll do it." Based on that response, we reasonably believed we were ordering a single $40 hookah with two flavors. When the bill came, we were shocked to see we had been charged $80 for one hookah. If there was an extra charge for adding a second flavor, that should have been clearly explained before we ordered, not left as an unpleasant surprise at the end, that made us felt totally BLINDSIDED. To make matters worse, the menu states that an automatic gratuity is only added for parties of five or more. There were only three of us, yet an 18% gratuity was automatically included on our bill anyway. The entire experience felt misleading. We were left feeling overcharged and taken advantage of. I won't be returning. read more

New owners from the last time I been here. Not very welcoming and actually confronting as I was just coming to this establishment for a seat to smoke and get some work done. The dude owner tries checking me and says what? I said what is I want a hookah. He asks if I had a reservation and I replied hell no I didn't. Long story short I'm not vibing at this spot anymore and that's the reason I had to let reviewers know the professionalism and service is no more here! read more

Honestly this place needs to be shut down. We arrived when they opened and they advised that they have no bartender and cant make any alcoholic drinks at all. Like absolutely 0 alcoholic drinks even simple drinks. Worker barely understands english and has hard time understanding what we want to order. We stayed until after 9pm and still no bartender at all and no drinks. Then they want to charge us full price for hookah when we got there during happy hour. Worker didn't even know they had a happy hour and had to call his boss while iam up front trying to pay the bill. He still ended up messing up the bill because it still came out to 75. Absolutely trash lounge and i will never step foot in here again and will make sure everyone i know don't come here also. read more

I have been here few times and honestly I thought it was just a hookah lounge. After my surprise they serve food. The food is amazing. The service was great and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable with great vibe the music always up beat. Come check it out and don't forget to eat the delicious food not to mention the hotel is really good. read more

Since new management, gave them two chances . I live directly behind the lounge and would've been a repetitive customer but both times they leave a book out with a $25 Hookah and don't tell you that after 7:30 the Hookah price doubles., waited 20 minutes for my Hookah as I watch them hanging out with their friends. Then my bill comes for one beer and one Hookah and it's nearly $60. Had to wait another 20 minutes for them to figure out how and if they wanted to correct it. The first time a beer in a shot was nearly $70. The place had potential but after I see how they do business there's plenty of other hookah in the area that have better quality hookah and don't try to take advantage of your bill. read more

Very different since last time I was here. Horrible service. Nobody told me that there was a VIP party coming, and as soon as I got comfortable, 30 mins later they moved me to an uncomfortable. I come out here to visit family and will never come back again. The VIP party felt entitled and there were still open coaches available. I was s party of one and they charged me 18% gratuity with my bill ready and when I tried to pay, the lady tried to add gratuity again. read more

We loved our time here- it's the definition of good customer service and the atmosphere is fantastic. The menu is easy to pick from, the music is a great volume that is conducive to conversation, and the staff is sincerely so happy and welcoming that we were laughing and planning our second visit just minutes into our stay. YELP is a problem here- why is it hiding 12 "not recommended" reviews that are all 5 stars? This lounge has ENTIRELY 5 star reviews and for good reason, they should all be displayed. I had such a great experience at Inhale Hookah Lounge. The hospitality was amazing--everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of all night. I tried this place a few weeks ago Sunday night on a whim and LITERALLY my new favorite hookah spot. Owner was so incredibly warm and inviting. I felt at home. Staff is incredible, attentive, and super sweet. The vibe is cozy and warm. Went back on a Saturday night and they had a DJ. He was playing really good music. I've tried many hookah spots around town and this place by far is my favorite and they have really good hookah. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! read more

However, my friend was still able to make a separate reservation online because your website showed open availability. She ultimately did not come after I called her and warned her about my experience. To clarify, I did not leave simply because I disliked the appearance of the venue. I left because the lounge was extremely small, overcrowded even with reservations, lacked the music and atmosphere advertised, and the service was nonexistent. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to be acknowledged, only to be told to continue waiting. Calling that a "brief wait" does not accurately reflect my experience. Additionally, the patio had only three tables, which were already occupied when I arrived, despite your claim that a space had been specifically reserved for my group. Whether the photos on your website are edited or not does not change the fact that the overall experience and atmosphere were completely different from how the venue is presented online. The website gives the impression of an upscale hookah lounge/club experience, which was not what I encountered. My review was based on my actual experience as a paying customer. Instead of dismissing valid criticism by suggesting my expectations simply weren't met, I hope you take the feedback into consideration--especially regarding reservation management, wait times, service, overcrowding, and accurately representing the atmosphere customers can expect.
