9/14/24- Update in response to the business owners response to my original review. As an elite member of Yelp for the past 7 years with a known record of honest and detailed reviews, I take offense to being called a bad operator considering they were the bad customer service who dropped the ball. There was no need to call them back to rectify the situation because we immediately found another company to do cigar rolling at our event after not hearing from them for the 3rd week. Obviously inconsistent record keeping of calls and conversations with potential customers, would equate to not remembering what you talked about with them and then not call them back. What the business owner wrote is unprofessional and I can't help if he doesn't remember... that would explain the non-responses to the texts we sent several times. One of the texts was promising to send us a quote which never came and then no response to follow-up texts. We did what anyone would do that's planning a wedding, find another vendor which we did, case closed. He did reach out to me as he said but at that point, there was no reason to rectify the situation with the business because we found another solution. Not to mention he reached out to me on May 1st and our last text to him was on April 19th which he never responded to and we never received a quote so we needed to move on and book someone. My original review was most certainly valid and not abuse by a bad operator. It was an honest review of a not so pleasant experience and the business owner is not happy about it which is completely understandable, no business wants a bad review, but every now and then one comes along, nothing to see here. read more

Valentino is the man! I just came here a couple times. Only request that there's louder music. Sometimes it too quiet and you hear a couple in the middle of a breakup or someone talking about hemorrhoids and it's a little embarrassing. Zero customer service. Walk in and no one even acknowledges you. The door to the humidor was propped open and so the quality of the product is immediately in question. Already turned off by the lack of any employee saying hello, I went into the humidor and they have 50% padron and 50% other. If you're going to sell boutique brands, why not have someone to help ask about what I like and to sell me a cigar. Plus, their prices are about 10% higher than some of the other spots. I left and went to a competitor and bought 6 cigars after the proprietor greeted me ...and after walking into the closed humidor and seeing 3 of the regular cigars I enjoy at the expected prices. This place is prob cool if you're a member and come with friends to chill. But it's not a good place to come as a customer looking for a cigar to buy. read more

First found it driving past. Didn't have time to partake in a cigar but was given the grand tour. Me likey, and the host showing me about was friendly and welcoming. Good start. The smoking lounge was what it should be- big comfy leather chairs, tvs, espresso and coffee. Even complementary cutter and lighters. Just a great vibe. Definitely not a Davidoff lounge that is bright white and sterile looking. That place could double as an Apple store- just not inviting or comfortable... IMHO of course. Humidor selection here is large and filled with common smokes all the way to great white whales- one's you never thought you'd find anywhere. Good prices, too. Sweeney (sp?) was working that day. Really nice guy and an asset to the operation. He was quick to assist customers at the register and when they had questions in the humidor. To summarize, it was a great place to disengage for a couple of hours and relax. I'll be back, and will try the Sahara location too. If you're a cigar smoker, this is your destination. read more

I have been coming to this shop for about a month now. I love the atmosphere. Plenty of relaxing chairs and big screens. the staff is amazing to work with as well. My first stop in, I was not rushed or anything. The wonderful woman helping was able to answer all of my questions. My third time in, I picked up a few sticks to smoke for the weekend. One was split at the bottom and I was unable to see that until I got home since it was wrapped in cedar. The shop had no problems returning it for another stick. While I'm not a cigar aficionado, many of my clients are. One in particular requested a specific cigar from this spot as they are aware that I frequent Las Vegas. I was greeted very warmly upon entering and assistance was provided immediately. The staff knew exactly what I was looking for. The hospitality in this place is great! There are several couches inside as well as a poker table. Everyone seem cozy enjoying their smokes. Seems like a legit spot. I had the pleasure of going to the Henderson location last month and with it's vast selection of premium/boutique line up of cigars you can't go wrong. They have a great selection so I have stopped in a lot. The first time I went in, I was helped my the owner/manager and it was a great experience! So I've been coming back to purchase cigars for my husband as a nice treat/gift for him and his friends for special occasions. I have spent a lot of money here and was happy to do so until... The last time I was there I was treated very rudely by an employee behind the counter who asked if I knew how much the cigars were and asked whether I could afford these cigars (Padrons $19) hardly anything outrageous. Not once but multiple times he did not seem to think I could afford these cigars plus some accessories, I have no idea what basis he was judging me on. I am a professional/educated person who was dressed in a decent clean manner, hair combed was not feeling out of place until his comments. I was OVERLY polite and know that some people will just be ignorant. This experience left me with a bad feeling and sadly I might be going down the street to tobacco leaf instead. read more

Came here still very much a cigar noob. Was looking for a mild cigar and Andy kindly helped me out. He was very detailed with the tour he gave me of the cigars and also gave me some good tips on storing, smoking and lighting cigars which are all very important. He also had a good sense of humor which is always appreciated. I felt at home while I smoked my cigar there. I ended up purchasing a Grand Robusto Connecticut. Andy told me it's a top seller there and I could see why. It burned and tasted great! I would highly recommend this place to both cigar noobs like me and experienced cigar smokers. I've come here a few times over the years. It's not my normal spot but they have some other brands that I like or want to try. Unfortunately, EVERY cigar that I have bought from here has been dry and cracks with either the cut or within the first few minutes of smoking. I got Royally fu*ked & taken advantage of at this place because I'm NOT a smoker & because I have little to nothing knowledge of what a good cigar is. I came in and told the gentleman I was looking for something good to give to my dad as a late Christmas present. I asked him what he suggested would be a good cigar and he pointed out A cigar that was a GPC. So I ended up buying the one he suggested and I went on my way. When I got home my husband said it was the most generic brand I could buy. I'll NEVER go to another place like this again without my husband or without someone who knows about these kinds of things. read more

Today I went in to buy a cigar and didn't have my mask on. Which is my fault, but the old man behind the counter tells me very nasty to put the mask on and I reply very wisely, "Yes it's very important!" I should've said okay, instead of saying this. Now I get a cigar and go back to the counter and he has his mask off and he's not smoking a cigar. This is the problem with American. How does he tell me to wear a mask and he has his off? Stopped by to pick up a few things last minute- they're open late and easy to get to, so I figured I'd check it out. Comfortable environment, awesome walk-in humidor, great selection of Cigars. The guy at the counter was fairly new, but he was cool, trying to learn, and helped me out with whatever I needed. It was my first time in, and the Owner introduced himself and invited me back to hang out. Seems like a great place, and without the stuck-up vibe of other Cigar Lounges that offer the same quality. I found this place because it is across the parking lot from an office where my wife has medical appointments. I live in the northwest part of town, so it isn't close to where I live. Once COVID hit I could no longer go into the office, so I had to find something to occupy my time during her appointments, which usually run for about an hour or so. What I found was a great cigar shop with friendly, helpful staff, friendly and welcoming customers and comfortable seating. Their house brands, which are rolled locally at their Sahara store (which I haven't visited yet) are excellent, and I always buy extras to take home. It was a fluke that I found this place, but I now look forward to my wife's appointments. read more
