I hoped and prayed that maybe I pick her brain for some design help, and boy oh boy were my prayers answered. She talked with me on the phone for about 45 minutes, and asked me to send her some pictures of the space I had to work with and anything that had given me "inspiration". My only regret is that I spent so many wasted hours trying to do it all myself, because I didn't want to spend the money to have it professionally designed. I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.
