Do NOT move into Inigo Crossing. The building is unresponsive despite claims that they respond promptly. I've had a non working dishwasher for 2 years and every time it's repaired it breaks in a week. Mine was replaced with a used dirty machine. The management refused to put in a new working machine. My cabinets are literally falling off the walls and I am told they do not Abe. Any old ones in stock so I have to deal with peeling cabinets. They have 1 person working maintenance in all their buildings in Maryland and Virginia with assistants that cannot do anything but submit reports and fix minor items. The building is negligent, complacent, workers overwhelmed and the environment looks good in pictures but inside the apartments are disgusting. Don't be fooled by pictures of the gym and the name "luxury." Fancy lights and new furniture in the entry way does not make a building luxury. Nor does a game room and jazzed up gym - with broken treadmills. Put your money in the upkeep of your apartments. The ventilation is poor, filters dirty, garbage smells constantly throughout the building and is only addressed when the news captures the disgusting management.

This apartment does not deserve even a one star! Extremely poor building maintenance management, I can not advise anyone to live here. There are systemic issues here in low staffing and accountability to those who are here on staff. This place is frequently dirty, there's trash everywhere (namely in the cargo bay), the entrance from the parking door does not lock, and often the garage gates' remotes do not work, cars are constantly broken into, elevators did not pass safety inspection, men's common area bathroom urinal has always been out of service, carpets are dirty with paint drippings and dog poop in areas, the water quality from the sinks are not drinkable (one must use water filter), toilets continously get clogged. Because of the trash issues, they have rats and mice scurrying throughout the parking garage. I submitted several maintenance work orders, and some are still pending action as old as from eight months ago without attention. Some common issues are the appliances, low quality particle board cabinets, and some basic drywall repairs. I am still waiting for them to come and fix these issues. This apartment building attempted to raise my rent 10% after the first year.

While I've occasionally had my disagreements about things and took a star off during my last review following an upset, potentially likely due to my own high standards and occasional bratty-ness, the office staff is never petty about it nor holds it against me and still goes the extra mile to address all resident concerns. I complained a few times in the winter about hot water running out because I'm a bit of a diva and like to take really long showers and baths (over 20 minutes) , and the management staff, Jennifer and Nicole, and maintenance team, Isaac and Jose, moved mountains to address the issue - from ordering a new water heater, to trying different brands of water heaters, etc. they wouldn't drop the issue until they knew I was satisfied - which says a lot about customer service. Especially after I've had prior moments of being bratty with them and threw a few temper tantrums in the past lol *embarrassed face*. Vivian, Helen, and Kyle at the front desk along with the new staff are always amazing and so helpful. If they see you coming in with heavy boxes and hands full and recognize you, they unlock the front door so you're not struggling to find your keys while holding on to grocery bags. Makes more of a difference now that many of us are spending more time at home. Anyhow, it's a great community. You can *feel* the difference of the vibe here versus other apartment communities I've visited when I entertained the brief idea of moving. I haven't lived anywhere this long since 2006. Sure, some have complained about thin walls - but that is apartment living anywhere you go. This is still the best customer service I've experienced in my life at an apartment community. They are building a 3rd community building next door I think... so keep an eye out. ;-) Great job, LCOR. Thank you for spoiling us with great staff. Wow, no reviews? Ok…read morethen... The official name is Gallery at White Flint. I bought my top 16th floor unit back in 2005 when the building converted from apartments to condos. It was my first home as an owner. Everything had a high end feel to it. I became a member of the Social Committee, served in various capacities on the HOA, and still have lots of friends there. Over time, a lot of the owners have moved out as it really is not a good place to raise a family. The units are just too small to have little ones running around! The location is superb, about a 5 min walk to the White Flint Metro and across the street from a soon to be renovated shopping center with a LaMadeline, Starbucks, and CVS. About a 10 min walk gets you to the Montrose Crossing Center with a Barnes and Noble and a Target and Giant. Don't forget about the Harris Teeter within a 3 min walk down the hill! The only negative I've got is that as the head of the Social Committee fpr a few years, it was very VERY difficult to get the residents to help and participate. It was a constant battle to get anyone to life a finger to help run an event. (not the staff, but the residents) What is it, a sense of entitlement or something? I still own my unit there and with the ongoing expansion of the NRC, have had no problems finding renters. I've seen tenants ( I say tenants because I do not know if they were owners or renters) give the front desk and staff a lot of grief. HEY people, they are not your concierge! This isn't a hotel! I've never had any problems because I treated them with respect. If I were single or without kids, it is definitely a nice place to live!

Let me share my experience (touring): Walking in, I was hopeful because of the reviews and photos I saw prior to my touring. Walking into the leasing office is when I immediately felt the hopefulness subside. My agent (whom I will not name) seemed a bit unprofessional (I say with respect). There were no brochures (which I cannot blame him for because it's not his business) and he was very reserved/awkward (which is also not something I am necessarily judging him as a person for). The whole tour felt a bit off and misleading. There were no restrooms in the lobby and the unit I toured had carpet that was pulled out of the ground in the bedroom towards the closet. I won't leave much more of a review but I will say, NoBe unit pricing seems very reasonable, therefore, I wouldn't come in with high expectations on the lobby, unit, and tour guide. I was in a bit of a hurry so I only had time to tour the unit to start- not the amenities.

A Huge Thank You to the Wonderful Nobe Team!…read more I would like to sincerely thank the three amazing employees at Nobe who supported us during a very stressful time. On our first day after moving in, I realized that the apartment we chose wasn't suitable for my son due to his health needs. I immediately went down to the management office, where I met Norleen. Even though the office wasn't officially open that day, she wasted no time reaching out to the manager and other team members and did everything she could to help us. Within a short time, they showed us several available units and made every effort to help us move into the one that best fit our needs. Once we moved, there were a few things that needed to be fixed. Jordan Coleman | Assistant Property Manager organized everything quickly, and the maintenance team came right away. At first, a few details weren't fully clear, but then Wener, the Maintenance Manager Assistant, came in -- he immediately understood what I needed and handled everything efficiently and perfectly. Thanks to this incredible trio -- Norleen, Jordan Coleman, and Wener -- our home was set up beautifully in no time. They went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were comfortable and happy. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly made all the difference. Thank you again to this amazing team -- you didn't just help us find an apartment; you helped us find a home. The good: The staff are friendly and I've never had any problems getting maintenance to come out. For the most part, there is 24 hour attendance in the lobby, so you can usually go just about any time to pick up packages. The gym is so so, with a couple of treadmills, bikes, some free weights, and an all purpose exercise strength machine thing. There's a pool, lounge, and business suite. The lounge is like a large living room with a kitchen. The business suite it pretty minimal and open to the atrium so not exactly quiet. The pool seems clean and staffed with a lifeguard most of the time. Never been in it, honestly, but I can hear the kids splashing around in the summertime and they seem to enjoy it! The office has free coffee and tea from one of those non-Keurig machines, which is pretty nice. One of the better features in my opinion is attached garage parking with no additional fee. This is especially nice of you have multiple cars. The metro stop is super close by, as well as the Harris Teeter. Overall, I like living here and will probably stay a few more years.

I came back into the Galvan to tour one or two one bedroom units with extremely high hopes, given how in love I fell with the previous unit (that's no longer for rent). My agent was just silent or short answered throughout the whole tour. She stepped out of the unit, didn't guide me along or make any suggestions. It flipped my view on the Galvan 360. The walk and elevator ride was complete silence I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We were going to tour the second unit but I just told her it was fine and that I didn't need to tour it. I remember thinking 'yeah this is totally not happening' and comparing that to the first time I had left the Galvan after my first tour when my thoughts were 'I love that place and I can totally see myself living here.' They added real value and made the community feel more family-friendly and practical for our lifestyle. If we were ever in a transitional period again, I would honestly consider living here again without hesitation. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that upon arrival, the apartment we had originally applied for was no longer available and had been given to someone else. After driving there on a tight schedule, we were met with a rigid "no, stay here." Right before the tour, we were asked for IDs--which we understood and were ready to provide. One of us could not locate theirs immediately, but instead of showing any flexibility, the staff insisted only one person could go up while the other stayed behind. We politely asked if there was any way to proceed, since one valid ID was already provided and we had driven all the way there. But they quickly said no, so we thanked them and left. The handling was so poor, neither of us felt it was worth continuing. The experience spoke for itself. What exactly do they think two responsible adults, touring with an agent, are going to do in an empty unit--STEAL THE WALLS? The total lack of logic and basic trust was insulting. It showed a complete inability to deal with professionals or handle real-life scenarios with common sense. This went beyond unprofessional--it was robotic and completely lacking in basic people skills. Instead of offering a simple solution, they followed a rigid script with no ability to adapt. If this is how renters are treated, it signals poor management, weak training, and a culture that confuses control with competence.

As a tenant and business owner, I want to reflect on many of the awesome things that I have encountered so far in my time here. This review is a bit lengthy, but I genuinely love this office environment and hope this review can attract more awesome tenants that can join in the future. First off, the customer service I have received at this location is the best I've ever experienced (in comparison to other large organizations that lease out their work space). The transition from the logistics of forming a leasing contract, to the actual move-in date was quick, smooth, and efficient. The property manager (Mike) was kind, attentive, and offered me a more than reasonable leasing agreement for my business. When I actually moved into my office, the Community Manager and Community Associate actually helped me moved my furniture and wall art into my new office. They were kind, patient, and very supportive of my move. The Community Manager offered me customer service support (greeting my patients, bringing them to my office, offering coffee and beverages, helping me with printer and office logistics). I generally don't have to ask for support for anything because the customer service team here is attentive and actively looks for ways to help tenants! That's quality servant leadership right there. Second, let's dive into the office amenities. Unlimited coffee, printing and fax capabilities, vending machine, full kitchen (with dishwasher), a spacious nicely decorated waiting area with a nice window view and multiple seating arrangements for patients, administrative and customer service support for my patients. It really is a top-tier quality office environment. Finally, let's get into the suite space/work environment. I love the eclecticism of the suite space as a whole. It's designed for both introverts and extroverts and covers all the bases in terms of social preferences. The community area is spacious and can easily host up to 6 socially distant people. It's intentionally designed to foster a social/warm-friendly environment, with couch chairs in a circular formation. There are also separate desks and tables in the community area that tenants can use to get work done, if they want a temporary change of scenery to get work done. The private offices are also reasonably positioned in hallways leading away from the community area, so you can get an eclectic blend of communal gatherings and quiet. private space for getting work done all day. Yes- this is a lengthy review, but here is an overall breakdown of 5 star rating: Customer service: 5 stars Office Amenities: 5 stars Accessibility: 5 stars Office location (near great restaurants!): 5 stars Ambience: 5 stars Parking arrangements: 5 stars Definitely look into renting office space here if your business is local!
