Once you walk in, the waiting room and place is great inside. They have cool art on the walls and plenty to look at and talk about. They even had a stack of books for sale in the front by a local author/artist that were alphabet picture books of local Memphis spots. They embody supporting local. Their service is amazing. I've never spent a bunch of time waiting. Everyone there is super friendly. I tend to have some awkward silences when getting haircuts but everyone there is so kind and welcoming that's never been a problem.
