The lady who answered the phone was so rude all the while she was talking to me and I got the feeling from her tone of voice and her short snappy answers to my questions that I was bothering her or interrupting something mire important than a me. I will not be going to cost cutters in Hartford for any service due to this person. There are many other hair salons in the area.

I made an appointment to have my roots touched up to match my bleached hair. I then told her it's too light and want to go with a darker shade. She came back with some color swatches for me to choose from. My hair turned out too reddish now and she completely missed some of the roots. I was charged for a full coloring and on top of that, an extra $22 charge for the toner. Completely wasted my money for something I could have done at home much cheaper and efficient!!!
