Everyone is always nice. I really am bad about making appointments, but they always get me in even though they're pretty busy, but again they try to accommodate everyone. So after calling and making an actual appointment (didn't bother taking my name) rather than doing my standard just walk-in to a nail salon, I sat and waited 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment before someone told me it would be an additional 30 minutes. Come on! At least have the courtesy to call beforehand or notify me when I arrive you are running behind. read more

I had just went here last week to get my nails done they had 3 had fallen off, then I went back there on Monday not even four days and one has already fallen off!!! I had no appointment and just walked in and was right away served. They offered me a seat and i told them that i need to get a refill. Andy was the nail technician and he saw my nails and removed all the fake nails and asked me if i want length. I told him no and he cleaned up my nails and added clear gel to my nails. He paid a lot of attention and he is very detailed. My nails look super nice and natural. I dont know how the other nail technicians are but Andy is very good. I would recommend him. The last studio i went to was terrible and they just swept over my nails with a light buff and put gel on but Andy didnt he made me nails look awesome. Also is also the studio is pretty nice and clean. 3 big screen TVs, compfy chairs, huge salon, marble sinks etc. The price was decent, service was awesome. read more

worst pedicure I've ever received.... in and out of chair in 20 minutes. Didnt push cuticles back. Just went around toes with clipper...not even attempting to remove excess. paid extra for massage and foot callus removal.... my feet are left rough. I don't ever take the time to review....though this was unbelievable..... I tried to ask for help from other workers to convey my concerns... nobody spoke English. I've had pedicures for 25 years plus. Please don't use this salon. read more

I don't write reviews often, but I thought I should about this place. I got my nails done here about 4 times. The first time was good, but the second time the lady started sanding my nails with the roller-thing as if I was getting fake nails, even though I only wanted gel. Then, once I said something, she just painted over my then sand-paper demolished nails :/ they ended up looking pretty, but after the polish was off they took weeks to go back to their normal, smooth texture. The next time was good too except they over-clipped my cuticle a little and made me bleed :(. After that I thought I'd give them another try because I live so close and it's a really pretty salon, but this was the worst time & the last straw. The person doing my nails over-clipped my cuticle again, but this time he took out a big chunk and it bled for like 10 minutes! He couldn't even paint my nails because he had to keep the cotton ball on! Not to mention it hurt really bad :( No discount on any of these occasions. I've never wrote a review this long before but I thought these issues were worth mentioning. read more

Ugh, so annoyed with this place. Got my nails done Saturday and they are all chipping two days later. This was the fastest manicure I have ever had, and I don't mean that in a good way. Nails were filed unevenly and she got polish on my skin and didn't even notice until I told her. This is the first time I have skipped tipping the manicurist but there was just no way I was going to give her positive reinforcement for doing a crappy job. read more

I got a deluxe pedicure, which has chipped 2 days later and I'm not happy with the shape. The pedicure was not worth the money I paid. I also got a fill, which I am happy with. They did a good job on the shaping, I just wish they had more updated shellac colors to pick from. Lastly, I thought it was strange and shady that I had to use the ATM machine in the shop to pay with cash, to which I was charged with a $2.20 fee. I had to change my review of this place now that I've experienced another nail salon. At Cq Nails, I'd often leave with painful nicks in my cuticles and it would hurt to use my keyboard for a day or two afterward. The polish didn't last all that long either. I now go to a different place where I leave with my hands feeling better than when I came in and a polished manicure that lasts. read more

The atmosphere in the salon is beautiful, very high-end looking fixtures and equipment (not that I've ever bought pedicure chairs before), beautiful wood. The gentleman who gave me my pedicure was very thoughtful, even helped me navigate the chair controls. read more

had an appointment at 7pm for 2 pedi's - appointments don't matter. They were busy and we had to wait 25 minutes. Then they rushed us through, did not scrub hard enough (i asked them to get rid of some trouble areas). They did not even look me in the eye - not friendly and rushed with the polish since it was almost closing time. They were rude. Prices went up to pay for their new spot. read more
