Inja definitely deserves her solid 5 star rating (quite frankly, I'm surprised that there aren't more). I had Inja do the calligraphy for our wedding invitations...she sent me a price sheet and several styles of calligraphy that she could do. She was also very flexible in modifying the calligraphy style I had chosen with an extra "flourish" to complement the script on our invites and for a small nominal fee, matched the calligraphy ink color to the invitation ink color (dark, dark brown). She can even add shimmer to the ink! I met her on a Thursday night after work, handed her 125 envelopes and an address list. Met her the following Thursday after work and she handed back to me envelopes adorned with the most exquisite calligraphy. I couldn't be happier. Seamless and professional. And we are definitely going to have her do the menus and the place cards. :-) read more

I had Inja do 20 addresses at the last minute. We are having a small wedding and my mother was having a cow about me hand addressing the envelopes. I had a very particular project -- creating a wall hanging, on cloth, for my best friend who just had a baby. She had a vision of a poem in Italian, in calligraphy, for her baby's wall. On cloth. Inja not only rose to the occasion, but went above and beyond!! Inja's calligraphy is perfect, and she accepted the perfect poem with a few sweet illustrations, and beautifully tasteful color accents hand-picked to match the nursery. Her work is truly GORGEOUS. It is incredibly elegant, sweet, and striking -- all at the same time. My fiance and I had 60 outer envelopes and 60 RSVP envelopes we needed addressed for our wedding and Inja did the job in just 10 days! My fiance was hesitant to spend the money on a calligrapher but my parents (my mother in particular) was adamant that the invitations should look formal so we decided to go forward with calligraphy and we were all very happy and impressed with Inja's work. After giving Inja our list of 60 addresses we found 3 separate errors on our list and emailed Inja 3 separate times requesting the changes. She graciously corrected each piece of information and the final results were flawless. We did not find a single error in her work! We selected silver metallic envelopes for our invitations and Inja wrote on them with black ink. We requested a calligraphy style with flourished first letters and it looked spectacular when finished. We were honestly a bit concerned though that with the calligraphy our invitations would take longer for USPS to sort and deliver to our guests (which was stressful since they were already a tad late going out) but luckily this was not the case. Inja's calligraphy is beautiful and legible! We put our invitations in the mail on a Saturday morning and they started arriving all across the country on Tuesday! The RSVP envelopes have also been coming back to us within a matter of days. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Inja Ink Calligraphy! Five of our place cards came blank with no names on them. It was too late to contact the place card company as they would never get the replacement cards to us in time. We contacted Inja to do our wedding invitation addressing, as it was important to our parents that we have actual hand-addressed envelopes. I am SO glad that we did! WOW!! Her work is incredibly beautiful, and working with her was very straightforward and easy! We met up at a local cafe to do our exchanges of envelopes. Per our discussion, Inja mixed a custom medium-dark gray to match our invitation printing exactly, which really was such a nice touch. I contacted Inja at the last moment to hand address almost 100 wedding invitations for my daughter's wedding. She sent me several styles of calligraphy to choose from, mixed ink to match the rest of the invitation, and did all of them within a week or two. She also did last minute add-ons and address changes on very short notice. The hand addressed envelopes were exquisite. On receiving the invitation, one invited guest commented that it was like receiving an invite on a silver tray because it was so elegantly addressed. Inja ROCKS!! She did the Bat Mitzvah invitations for both of our daughters and not only were they beautiful, Inja had the idea to have the girls participate in the creating of the stationery. She rolled out the paper in her backyard and my girls and her lovely daughter Nia got paintbrushes and paint and had a FANTASTIC time 'splatter painting' the paper. Inja used that paper for the invitations, meaning that no two invitations were exactly alike. They were also beautiful, eyecatching and really reflected our girls' personalities. I can't recommend Inja highly enough. Not only is her work incredible but she's absolutely fantastic to work with.
