Then at the end of all this ,one has to check off all the conditions , which are weighted heavily in their favor. to me this insures that one way or another, they will get more money out of their customer who ultimately pay for the defective item. As a mechanic in my previous life, I am used to ordering a injector if it is bad company sends you a replacement. easy. Ordered cp4 contamination kit, remanufactured CP4 and injectors. one injector is proven bad. While the price is reasonable and shipping and all that was on time, I had a faulty injector. No big deal except every single person I've spoken to was either rude or acted like they had better than things to do than answer my questions and help me with the warranty process. Which ended up costing me 135 more dollars to get repaired instead of warranted. I miss the days when customer service standards was a real thing. read more

I called up initially for Injectors for my son Chevy truck. The gentleman I spoke to was professional and very helpful. They got my parts out just like they told me they would. We received them. Everything was fine. Got the work done. We decided to drive the core charges back. Read lots of nightmares about them being damaged in transport. Luckily, we were three hours away. Very nice building nice people promptly refunded my card. I will definitely recommend them and use them again. read more

Do not buy from this place. I bought 8 injectors and so far three are faulty. customer service is rude. It doesn't pay to send it back for they charge a $50 to inspect them and then you have to pay for shipping. my mechanic suggested just get rid of all those I bought from them. because each time one goes bad that cost me more money in labor. when I tried to explain that to him, they told me it's very rare that one goes bad. I find that hard to believe I'm on my third one now and it's only been a week. going to use their injectors for a core replacement and buy some actually good ones from advanced auto. read more

Make sure you read the fine print. Had to return the part, Didn't even open the box and they charged me a 15% restocking fee for someone to open the box Look at it and put it on the shelf. I'll never use them again. I'm sure they're going to reply with some BS excuse. But trust me they don't put it in big bold letters anywhere it's in the fine print. I would rate a zero star if I could. This was the WORST customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced. I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new fuel injector pump online from them and to my surprise when I picked up the part and opened the box it was obviously a used part. I paid full price for what was supposed to be a brand new part (actually I even paid more than market price) and was instead given a used part. When I took it to my mechanic he confirmed what was already obvious, the part was used. When I called to express my frustration and request a simple exchange, the staff was not helpful or understanding at all. In fact they claimed that I was lying and so was my mechanic. They then proceeded to say that I would need to pay for the part to be tested to prove it's not new. Completely INSANE. In the end I took my business elsewhere. I won't ever come near this place again and recommend you all do the same. read more

Sadly I bought injectors here and it was the worst mistake ever! So far I've lost $ for trying to save $, bought a pack of 6 injectors in December 2018. After 2 weeks of installation truck started to fail again, took back to the mechanic and injectors are bad, I contacted injectors direct and they called to say that injectors are good, we had them installed all over, and 3 days later same problem, I had the injectors tested here after truck was failing again and the shop that tested them here said that the injectors body doesn't work and resistance is low. Sadly I paid labor more than what I needed to have my truck fixed and injectors direct won't take their injectors back. read more

Great company! Very responsive, accurate, great to deal with. I ordered injectors for a diesel. Injectors Direct dent out the correct ones in a very timely matter. They sent out the tool I needed and charged me $100 in which they promptly refunded when I returned the tool. They also put a hold on my credit card for the cores and very promptly removed that hold when I returned them. Very helpful, polite , informative company. I would highly recommend them. read more

Just finished installing new injectors on my 6.0 powerstroke. My first email was responded with great customer service. I called to place the order and David was very helpful. He explained my options and I ordered all remanufactured injectors. I have only test driven the truck but I can already notice a significant difference in response and power. Horrible customer service, dicked me around for 6 months until they mentioned a possible issue with what I was encountering that they failed to mention 5 months back when the issues started happening. This company only cares to screw people over. Spend more money on something that is going to last you! Don't trust them when they say "The product passed out tests here in the warehouse" they will tell you anything to make you believe that they are not at fault for anything. I asked about refund or replacement of injectors and they completely ignored my inquiry. You would get better customer service at your local Walmart than these guys. read more

Go with OEM not some aftermarket garbage - don't make the same mistake I did........First time I have ever purchased glow plugs and injectors and should have listened to the professional mechanics that were recommended by other diesel guys. Bought glow plugs and injectors here - they ARE aftermarket junk - regardless of what they say, they are NOT the same as OEM, NOT the same manufacturers, etc. 2nd day after replacement got a P0676 code (glow plug #6) - they did send a replacement (thank you) but my diesel shop called me and said that a magnet would not even pick up the glow plug...replaced them all with OEM. Hopefully the Alliant Power injectors perform better but I have my doubts. You get what you pay for - also the warranty is for parts only so replacing the junk will cost you additional labor.... read more
