I got a couple of ear piercings at Ink Addiction Tattoos&Piercings today and I just wanted to share my experience. The shop is welcoming and clean. Everyone is so knowledgeable from the tattoo artists to the piercers. Jessica did my piercings today and she was so patient. I couldn't decide on the placement initially, but she never pressured or rushed me. She placed my jewelry in different spots until I decided on what I wanted. She coached me on aftercare by having me practice with her so that I knew the correct amount of pressure to apply. It was truly such a comfortable experience! I can't sing their praises enough. Went in to ask about a repiercing. Spoke with Jessica, she is excellent. Patient, knowledgeable and calming. The vibe was relaxed and unhurried. Discussed type and size and settled how it should be done. It was not done properly before (not here) and had to be retired. Set a time to allow full healing. arrived to get pierced, was a little nervous, Jessica marked the site then drew lines so I could see. The piercing was literally done before I knew it, it is set perfectly and not even sore after the first day. Highly recommend! read more

The one person I would love to just take a moment an honor is piercing atheist Jessica at this location. I have known her for over 10 years now and have gotten most of my piercings from her except for one. I was aware that she didn't perform these type of piercings which is cheek piercings. So I took the chance to go to a professional in California and have it done. 4 days later my cheeks where infected and bars where way too small to withstand the proper healing for that type of piercing. I called her first thing Monday morning she took me in immediately with no hesitation. She was unbelievably patient kind as well as helpful. Words cannot explain how much I appreciate this woman. She took on the task to removing the bars and installing the proper size as well as cleaning the infected area. Never have I ever had a issue with her piercings and for her to actually take the time to clean up someone else's mess, for really nothing at all was remarkable. I feel better about my piercing and the healing process. I truly recommend anyone that wants a body piercing to go to Jessica here in Casa grande Az. read more

These guys were amazing. Walked in with no appt after being turned away from another shop for my 2 sisters and I to get matching tattoos. Angel was quick to draw us up a beautiful piece and between him and Alberto we were all three done within an hour. We had a couple others with us as well and they were both very accommodating and allowed us to go between rooms and watch them work. For one of my sisters it was her first time and Angel was very kind and patient with her making her feel extremely comfortable. I wish I lived closer so I could go back and have more work done there but I'm certain my sister that lives in the area will be visiting them again soon. read more
