This was my…read morefirst time being here as a customer, as I've brought my kids here a few times before and seen their treatment and no way would I have thought that my treatment would have been what it was when it was always excellent any other time we have been here for a piercing or tattoo. Not saying my care of taking out a piercing and putting in a piece of plastic was a brutal experience, because it wasn't. I had called a couple nights before talked to a gentleman to set up the appointment. He quoted me $15 to have the jewelry removal done. No big deal. I go in and it's pretty quick. Great! When I go to the front desk to pay, the girl at the front desk says she pretty sure it's $15, she even went to double check. I go to say that's what I was quoted over the phone, the piercer, Cheyenne comes out of her room from down the hallway letting her know that it's $30... Okay that's not what I was told, but I'm not going to argue. I pay and I leave. Just know I will not be returning.

I booked a special six-hour session, expecting clear communication and meaningful progress on my tattoo. Instead, there was no definite timeline given for when the tattoo would be completed, and the session felt disorganized from the beginning. Two full hours were spent on drawing, and after the entire appointment, all I ended up with was a rough and poorly executed outline. The line work looks rushed and far below what I would expect from a professional artist. This is what you get for $450.00 and 6 hours. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, misled, and very unhappy with the quality and quantity of the work. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

My friends nail tech was really sweet, mine was racist (Jessica was the racist, Jenny was sweet). Jenny jumped right in to do my friend nails, no questions asked. I wanted acrylic on my pinky toe (as u can see it looks terrible). Once she asked me everything I wanted, she then told me the price and asked if it was okay. Why wasn't my friend asked the same thing? Why wasn't I asked this the first time I came? The service after that was trash. Polish all over the place, she didn't even attempt to shape the nail, no cleaning the cuticle... just nothing. She put the acrylic on the pinky only to have to take it back off and do it again. She painted the big toe only to take it off and do it again. Won't be back.
