Rachel is wonderful!! But let me add how incredibly gifted at applying lashes, ( using only the highest quality of products on her clients) I met Rachel in 2019. She did my very first set of lashes. They were beautiful. Her work was perfect. I moved and needed to get my lashes done but much too. My disappointment, everyone I tried, the products, and the technique wasn't by any means compatible with Rachel's way or the quality of her products. I tried 6 different people to domy lashes, and everyone made my eyes incredibly irritated, red, and burning. I gave up on lashes and focused on making my natural lashes healthier. November, 3022, I decided I want to get my eyebrows done. I made an appointment with Rachel. My words to her "I trust you, do what you think is best". Well folks Rachel did a magnificent job! I am forever grateful!!! These days it isn't popular to trust. I highly recommend Rachel, for your lash extensions and brows!! Rachel is all that and more. I waited until I actually looked for another place before I wrote a review so that I had time to calm down. I go in and there's already a weird air of unprofessionalism. I'm not even acknoweldged for quite awhile after I come in and then when I finally am, it's like I'll be done soon. Okay, sure, but I came in 10 muntes ago. I end up waiting almost 20 minutes after my appt to be seen.I think she was incredibly rude but for the sake of this review I will stick to the facts. I lay down and she immediately begins with how bad my lash wash is and how bad my last job is, etc. Same MO of most lash artists everywhere when they see you for the first time. Same speal with it'll take more than once to make these right, all the while treating you like you did something wrong. I tell her that I liked my last lashes but since I moved the drive is too far. So, the whole time is a constant sell for buying her products by insulting me and trying to scare me into thinking I will end up getting an eye infection. LOL Okay man, I've been getting my lashes done for 15 years and I've heard this same speal since I moved out here. Except they all say it about each other. Either way, no my lashes were not dirty I wash them well and my lashes from before were just fine. I tell her I want them the same length and everything. She's agitated the whole time and keeps trying to talk me into coming back at a later time because it will take so much more time to repair the damage apparently. I tell her that I will do my hour (she charges by the hour) and if I'm happy with what she does, it's no problem to book again. For the record, that is always a lie when they tell you that. Everytime I fly back to California and have a GOOD lash lady do them, she can repair whatever joke of a job someone has done. It does not ever take multiple times, it's a scam, and if they know what they are doing, it can all be taken care of in just one booking. Anywhoo, so I stand up and she barely says bye. I tip without even looking cas I don't even care at this point, I've been spending the whole time picturing myself running away and I'm just also polite and a good tipper. I look at my lashes in the car and ALL MY LASHES ARE GONE. All of them. They were half the length that they were before (I have had this length for 15 years so my lashes can 100% hold them) and they were so short they didn't even make it to my lid crease. I did not expect that bad. There were gaps, it was a hybrid and I have seen fuller singles. Like wow. So...they are ridiculous thin and short. I basically could have just taken them off and worn my own lashes for how bad they looked at over $100. This place had good reviews but you always run into the chance that these people are their freinds and you are baout to get scammed. This is one of those places. I am sooo happy I didn't settle with just anyone to do my Microblading.. The 51 minute drive to Casa Grande was worth every dollar spent plus the tip!! Rachel is such a beautiful person inside and out and her art form for eyebrows come naturally & flawlessly! she's hands down the best I've ever seen with the most natural eyebrow strokes!!
