I have been to this location twice. The first time the place was packed and I was seated right away. English was difficult but we seemed to get through the barrier okay so not a problem. Price was reasonable and I was happy with the result. The second time there were six of us standing at the front door when they opened and only two staff members. We were asked to sign in the sheet so first come first ... or, so I thought. Not so. I was second. Four were seated in the nail chairs. A fifth was taken to another chair when a third employee walked in. The check-in sheet was never checked. I walked out. One staff member ran to the window of my car and said I need to learn to be patient. I was. They were rude. I won't return. read more

The first time I came here, i was in a hurry and couldn't get to my original nail tech in time. But I'm glad I came. This is my second time coming to this place and I love the prices here. The people who work here are super sweet and polite. I showed my nail tech a picture of what kind of acrylic nails I wanted and she did the exact same. She even put her own touches to it, and it came out PERFECT! I usually spend 85 bucks for acrylic nails and 75 bucks for my pedicure at my original spot. This place I paid 50 bucks for my acrylic nails and they were perfect. Pedicure was amazing as well and was lower priced too. I am amazed. Although it was my first time there, I can definitely see myself going there again. My friend and I walked in and were greeted nicely. The place is very neat and clean. The wait was respectable since there was only a few workers there. We got two full sets with shellac. The shape and length is exactly what we wanted for a lower price than we expected. (We got matching nails) And we had a good laugh with our technician. I'd definitely recommend this place to others. read more

My first visit as I am new to the area. Not sure where to go. Antonio did an amazing pedicure.

The price and wait wasnt bad if they would have been done properly. My thumbs are uneven and it is messing with my ocd. They also dont clean the nails, you have to pay extra for that. My nail tech assigned nicked me in two places and one hurt so bad i had to treat it and cover it with a bandaid. I paid 40 for nails im not 100% happy with and im injured. read more

Very disappointed my nails were not shaped right they rushed the whole process and even made my tips crooked I had to ask the guy to refile several times and I had a 2 lumpy nails at the end still ,I ended up filing my own nails when I got home because that's how bad it was. I usually let Julie do my nails because she's the best and always does a great job but they over booked her so I had to let someone else do my nails obviously it was a big mistake .I went in the next day to have them fix it but was told they were busy and they would charge me for fixing their mistake would not recommend coming back to this place totally unprofessional unless Julie does your nails read more

If I could do no star I would! Me, MY wife, and my sister went in for 3 pedicures with me and my wife requesting their $40 pedicure and my sister requested the basic $30 pedicure. This was by far the worst experience I have had in getting a pedicure done. The gentleman who did my pedicure literally was done in 10 minutes and did nothing but let my feet soak with a 2.3 second scrub and that was it. My sister mind you got the basic and the lady took her time but did not remove calluses or nothing and my wife we have no complaints the lady was very good and took her time. My wife however attempted to have the situation fixed and I was continuously asked are you good by the staff. What does that even mean ? It's clear um not good it's clear the gentleman who did my pedicure clearly didn't do his job so why do I have to say something !!! So again I will not recommend this place to anyone ever! read more

On 3/25/21 I signed in for a pedicure, I was looked over and skipped over atleast 5 times. I don't know if It was because the color of my skin but I for sure know that everyone that was placed ahead of me did not have a appointment because I asked. Also I visited the salon yesterday evening to ask about the hours of service and I was told 9:30. Today I arrived at 9: 11am so that I can be one of the first, the salon was open earlier than what I was told because I observed 4 customers receiving service. This is unacceptable read more

It gets the job done but they tend to charge for every little thing, as well as almost every time i've went the lady going my nails gets up and leaves for. 20-30 minutes to wax people and no one will tell me why. I have been to this shop many many times. I live in Maricopa but wont get my toes done there because I have heard really bad things about the nail places in town. So, I go to Casa Grande to this place. It was suggested to me by a friend that lives in the area. They are sometimes super busy on the weekends so you might want to make an appoitment if you dont have any time to kill waiting for a chair. I have had the guy do my toes a bunch of times, I dont know his name but he does a great job. I like this place cause they use those callus remover things that shave the dead skin off your feet. I know a lot of people dont need this done but my feet need it. I dont get my toes done on a regular basis so when it is done I usually need some serious help, LOL! They carry OPI nail polish, which I love. It always last longer then the cheaper nail polish brands. They do a good job at a decent price. I have taken many friends here and we have all been happy with our toes and feet. read more

Not the fanciest place in the world but the service I receive every time I go here is what keeps me coming back. I only get pedicures or the eye brow waxing and have never been disappointed. I love the detail they take when doing my toes or as I like to say digging around my nails. I should have gone with my better judgment and not gone into this establishment. I'm sensitive to fumes and went in there in an afternoon the fumes were almost overwhelming I can't believe people actually work or enjoy a manicure pedicure in that kind of stuff I'm from California and we are going more towards natural nail bars where they are using very low VOC nail shellac and they don't do acrylic nails it's a much more healthy better way to go anyway. they told me that they did shellac over the phone. I saw that it was just the gel product the owner convinced me that it was the same product as shellac the manicurist has started working on my hands. he spoke English very well and was very nice but he obviously does not know how to apply gel or I'm worried about anything else he might try to do I should have made the decision to have him just try a regular manicure but instead I let him go ahead with the job was not covering very well he said we need to put a third coat on I said won't it be too thick and he said no my result is really messed up nails and I'm pretty ticked off I'm on vacation so. I I feel like asking for my money back but I left very disappointed and frustrated and quite frankly I'm shocked the nails are very thick and in the end they are especially thick it looks horrible. I definitely do not recommend this nail salon unless the owner is an attentive business owner and decides to make this right I am not going to retract this. read more

Shouldn't have gone here. Went and got a full set put on and painted. Left and started driving around realizing I don't like my nails. Went to a different nail salon and asked them to fix it. Had to pay to get them fix which Im ok with especially after they said you can see the drill marks on the nails. Went back to tell the owner what happen as asked for some of my money back because of the poor job and he wouldn't do it because he said I should have told them to fix them and he would. I don't give another chance for a bad service. I recommend not going there. read more

Horrible!! Take 2 hours for leg wax and 30 min for eyebrows. The lady is supposedly a beauty technician who knows how to wax but it was horrible. She is very rough and in a big hurry. Worst waxing place and nail place ever! read more
