I was checked in and seen almost immediately. Sami was my brow artist and we discussed cleaning up my shape and doing my forehead. Let me just say that this was the easiest, most pain-free experience I have ever had in my many years of getting my brows threaded. Normally I am wincing and I just bear it because thats what we do for beauty right?? But Sami did my brows quickly, BEAUTIFULLY, and with literally zero discomfort. This is not a normal "sensitive skin" reaction, as was suggested by employees, and it's a known result of an improper waxing technique. What concerned me most is that the service continued after the first area was affected, and it was not addressed until afterward. I was still charged for part of the service despite the visible skin damage. Although the employee was nice and apologetic, that does not make up for inadequate service and I hope for no permanent skin damage. I would not return based on this experience.

Most techs I've gone to would be in a hurry/inexperienced- gluing lashes too close together without separating, use too much glue getting that clumped look, place lashes on my eyelid or weigh the lashes down with cheaper lashes often breaking or losing lashes rapidly. Don't just go to anyone & do your research. Lashes are an investment, you want someone who can increase enhance your natural lashes, not break them! Her lash work lasts for several week as long as you do your part to keep them clean. They look voluminous without getting clumpy or spidery looking, my pet peeves.
