Even after the touch up was done.... it was grayish brown at most.... nowhere near BLACK. I was so upset that I called to complain and they pretty much wanted to charge me more to go through it one more time! Which is the reason why I called A Perfect Look. I needed to find someone to fix my jacked up liner! I spoke with Shantal who was able to get me in for a consult sooner than later! She was amazing from start to finish.... and Kim! Omg she made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous At first about swelling because the first time, I swole up like I had an allergic reaction to something. BUT! to my surprise!
