Her studio is located in Wailuku, where she has opened a second specializing in tattoos. Such a switched on business woman, a professional artist, and sooo lovely and easy to talk to, she really puts you at ease during whatever beauty upgrade you have chosen. I had my fine blonde brows microbladed by Lyric 2 years ago and even though there is still colour and shape I wanted Lyric to improve the line and give it a bit of oomph again. Lyric numbed my brows with cream and I had brows to slay with in minutes, in a custom blonde shade and absolutely no discomfort whatsoever. I can't get over how great they look. I won't leave it as long next time. Lyric kindly also only charged me for a redo rather than a new session even though it was over 2 years which I appreciate. Easy to book online, free parking outside, and funky decor with panache inside, along with a warm welcome. The studio offers a range of upgrades for self care, different types of brow treatments, lip lining and filling, teeth whitening and tooth gems, etc plus the tattoo studio. All the staff are friendly and the best in their field. Lyric teaches classes and also attends them to keep up to date with fashions in the beauty industry so she can offer bang on products and services to her clientele. Due to COVID precautions, there are new steps to booking an appt. Masks are 100% required upon entry, as is hand sanitizer. You'll also be asked a few questions in advance of your appt in regards to precautionary measures. I truly appreciate all of their attention to detail about this. They are the most vulnerable, so to have that extra step not only saves you but saves them. The design and layout inside is super modern clean lines and gorgeous. You'll be sure to wait until your appt time is ready before attempting to cross that threshold right? Less people means less risk. The brand new studio is located in old Wailuku in the downtown industrial area right next to Tiffany's bar and restaurant. Oh my god I love Lyric. She is amazing. Actually that is an understatement. She is the best in the industry and is efficient and always accommodating even with her fully booked out schedule. If you want to do this and I HIGHLY suggest it, she is booking 6 months out. I was finally able to get my brows done after over a year of watching her work on IG. I knew a few people who have also got their brows done by her so I was excited and totally committed. The location is gorgeous once you step inside!! The decor is trendy and welcoming. And it's clean and comfortable. Now to the actual procedure.... it's actually a semi permanent tattoo. Which is funny because then technically this is my FIRST tattoo.... not gonna lie, I was slightly nervous (not at her capability), but mainly because of my commitment issues haha. She was fast and it was almost painless. I do have a SUPER HIGH pain tolerance though, but on a scale of 1-10 (10 being giving birth and kidney stones), it was MAYBE a 2. It wasn't even close to as painful as a Brazilian wax is, if you've ever had one. I am sooooo glad I got it done with her and can't wait to see what they look like healed. YAY. read more

I got my lips done by Mai I guess she works for this studio and idk if she was in training or what....Although the color was overall nice, she got the ink on my skin (outside of the lip line) and this is permanent!! But the thing that pissed me off is that I gave her a deposit and she didn't apply it to my service!!
