My experience was terrific! First, I had to reschedule my appointment, which was not an issue. Upon arrival, Pinkal was nice and polite when greeting me-I felt very comfortable. I asked for my lip, chin and the blonde peach fuzz to be removed from my face. Let me tell you, I have sensitive skin and this was the FIRST time I've ever left a threading salon without any redness, rashes or signs of being threaded! Pinkal was so gentle throughout the entire process, and she made sure to ask me if anything hurt! (She also made sure to close the blinds when she realized the sun was gleaming in on my face, which showed how considerate she is of her clients.) Moral of the story, I will def take the drive from Cherry Hill, NJ to Pinkals for all my future threading appointments!

I am middle eastern so my eyebrows grow thick and wild - but Evelyn has mastered them. I drive 1 hour each way just to get my eyebrows done by Evelyn and it's worth every minute and every penny. First, she drew on where my brows should be naturally and followed those lines when waxing. Afterwards, she told me how to properly fill them in and where I needed to let grow in a little bit more. Yes, it may seem pricey at $20 for a wax, but you're also getting a tutorial into how to properly do your brows, which is really priceless :) I don't know what kind of wax they use, but it was absolutely painless. Furthermore, I would always break out after a wax due to my sensitive skin, but a week later I still don't have any issues. Overall, an awesome experience and I will definitely be back!

The technician did a sloppy job with the brow tint so that I looked like a creature. She could not remove the poorly applied color, so proceeded to "cover it" up with foundation that did not even match my skin tone. I go to ULTA to look prettier than when I come in, and had a special occasion that evening. Waiting until the next day to see if it all came off was not the correct approach, which was suggested. Thank goodness, the onsite make-up technician was able to fix my brows and remove the over-applied/thick color. I expected much more from Benefit. When I complained, I was not offered a refund, and no manager reached out to me. However, I was grateful that a different person was able to patch up the botched job.

We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and were immediately rushed to pick our polish and to our seats. One of my daughters was told she could not have a spa pedi despite our reservations because the nail tech had another appointment. We didn't complain we just accepted it and moved on. Our appointment was on a Sunday and the following Saturday we were leaving for vacation. After just four days one of my toes lost the polish, not a chip, the entire toe. We are now 3 days into our vacation, 10 days since my pedicure and I have only one toe on my left foot that is holding the gel polish. Since it's gel, I cannot remove the remaining polish and do not have easy access to a salon where I am in Mexico and all of my shoes are some sort of open toe sandal. It looks ridiculous! I would not recommend this salon as they clearly prioritize quantity over quality.
