I went in for their Friday the 13th piercing deal and got a second helix piercing below my first. My piercer was Jessica who did a wonderful job. She was very nice and got me in and out quickly. The placement of the piercing is great and I hardly had any bleeding right away. It's healing really well, I've hardly had any soreness, basically no swelling, no bumps forming or anything. A good, clean stab haha Photo is from 4 days after. My ear is a bit red in it only because I kept holding it forward to try and get a focused, shadowless pic of it lol. The employees I met while waiting (as an unscheduled walk-in on a busy night) were all kind! They chatted with me and kept me updated on when the piercer would be ready for me which I appreciated. I approached the counter said hi and neither of them responded. One girl walked away to tend to a client. Walked in for a nose piercing and the place smelled like a BREWERY. The fat white guy that did my piercing sounded like he was having breathing problems. He replaced his gloves twice before doing my piercing, it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. And he almost pierces my nose in the wrong place, I had to correct him on the placement because I've gotten it done before and then he pieces my nose on an angle! Ended up going back an hour later to get it re-pierced and a nice black guy did it and instructed the guy who did it prior on what he did wrong to which the guy who did it prior was like "well I still don't see what I did wrong" Second piercing happens, BUT, the second piercing was some bent second hand metal that was too long and now I have a nose piercing that is sticking out of my nose. I changed my mind about what I wanted between making my appointment and showing up. They were able to accommodate me with no problem at all. I decided to get a photorealistic portrait in memorial of my black cat and said his eyes were very important to the image. My artist (Yeni - sp?) did a fantastic job. He exceeded my expectations by a country mile, and he absolutely captured the "sparkle" in the eyes. I absolutely love this piece. They do not do all piercings so call in advance. I would schedule for a piercing rather than walking in since the piercer isn't always there. But, everyone there was super kind and knowledgeable. Very great personalities, and the piercer told me all the risks, what to look for during the healing process regarding rejection, how to clean and how often. I would buy the saline solution somewhere else because its kind of pricey for such a small bottle but its understandable because the shop is super clean and has an upscale look. read more

I have never been more traumatized by a piercing in all my life. Went in for tragus piercing, mind you I've had my one tragus done from another shop for years, super quick and relatively painless. I've had many piercings in my life- nipples, nose, tragus etc. The piercer honestly didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. My mom got hers first and i should've stopped then after they did her first one but i was too horrified/in shock of how they did it. I wasn't sure if maybe the procedure had changed or something since i had my one done years ago. The amount of blood and how many times she put the taper back and forth in my moms first piercing was just ridiculous. My mom isn't a punk she has a high pain tolerance and it really hurt her- the back and forth It felt like she was digging to find the hole to put the jewelry in, scraping the inside of the ear trying to muscle the jewelry in. We initially were supposed to have my niece get hers done too but I'm so glad we didn't, she wouldn't ever want to be pierced again, kinda like how me and my mom feel. Im sure they're great people here but we just had a horrible experience. read more

This was by far the worst experience I ever had getting a piercing and I have roughly 10 piercings. I had called in on a Monday evening after working asking if they took walk ins, which they did, and asked if it was possible to get my tragus pierced on my right ears and a simple design on my left ear near my tragus. I had come in roughly about an hour later, filled out my paper work and waiting for the piercer to set up the room. Once he told me the room was ready he brought me in and then began motioning his hands reenacting the procedure as if he had never done a tragus piercing before and repeatedly told me to sit up, lay down, and moved the table I was sitting on. I was already having anxiety questioning if he knew what he was doing but I tried to have faith since I had read only good reviews online. Next came the part where the piercing was about to take place..... this is where the nightmare began. He dropped the needle almost 3 times, of course having to stearlize it each time in between, and then finally got it in my ear. I ended up asking him how long he had been piercing and I shit you not he said 4 MONTHS!!! At this moment I already just wanted to leave because he was not comforting me in anyway and my anxiety was through the roof but I had to calm myself down as there was still a needle in my ear. Next he went to put the piercing in end I'm not kidding you when I say that he dropped the piercing THREE TIMES and continued to struggle to twist the ball on. I was so scared and uncomfortable so I finally snapped and told him that this was ridiculous for it to take 52 min to do this piercing, which mind you I've already had this piercing done prior, and I know it takes less than 10 minutes to do. his response was that it was the jewelry and had had a long day. After trying one more time and dropping the jewelry again I told him he needed to get another piercer to do this. Now I was in chronic tears that were non stop streaming down my face. The girl he brought in who was super sweet and was actually the one who was supposed to do my tattoo after helped to try an attempt to get the piercing in but she struggled as well and I told them to just use a different jewelry bc I just wanted to leave (btw using another type of jewelry was never mentioned until i had ask after enduring an hour of being in fear) . Finally the piercing was in and I headed to the front IN TEARS to pay 23$. But to top it off my piercer forgot to give me my ID back if I hadn't have mentioned it. Overall, I was extremely traumatized by this experience and I pray to god that the manager/owner of the studio sees this review and has him fired. My whole intention of getting this piercing was to add a new addition to myself to start of the new year and rather leaving happy I left shaking and terrified. I hope that nobody else has to go through what I had to go through all because of an INEXPERIENCED piercer. read more

These people here are all scam artists..they steal your money and you never even get ur tattoo. They reschedule on you and don't refund you. I would never recommend anyone going here...ever! If I were you guys I'd go somewhere much more professional and trustworthy. There place is trashy, dirty, and honestly looks like you would get an infection from the needles they use. I never leave reviews, especially bad ones but I am so shocked by how rude and mean the piercer is. I've had 10 piercings done or more and never experienced this customer service anywhere else. I came in to get a septum change and he was immediately rude. Usually my piercer would use tools to un snap my septum but instead he just grabbed it and literally yanked it open from my nose, pulling on my piercing so hard i was so shocked that's how he was taking it out i didn't even know what to say and when i did say something he just called me dramatic. He then said he couldn't find the hole to put in my new piercing and then when i looked in the mirror he handed me the jewelry and said "here you put it in if you know where the hole is." then when i didn't take it right away from his hand said "here! here you do it" in a louder more condescending tone. He then tried to put in the piercing again while telling me my nose was "to hairy" to find the hole. After a while i said i'd put it in myself bc he was causing me so much anxiety and stress and being so mean for no reason he's a grown man i'm a small girl and he's just yelling at me about my piercing the whole time and literally pulling it open out of my nose. Then he charged me 10$ which i paid bc i wanted to just leave and i was so upset and anxious. I went to another piercer (who did not pierce my septum) and they were appalled by how rude he was and how he took my septum out when i told them. It took them 1 minute to find the hole and put in the jewelry, for free. If this rude and mean man can't even find and put in a septum piercing i would never come here for anything else or ever trust him to give me a good, straight piercing. I went to Ivett for conch, helix, and nipple piercing all in one day. It could not have been a better experience. I was told they were some of the most painful areas to pierce. All 4 piercings went seamless. She made me feel comfortable and calm about everything. I highly recommend her care, especially to the ladies out there. Having a female pierce you is ten times better than these men in this industry. If you're on the edge about getting pierced or not talk to Ivett she will definitely treat you great. 10 out of 10 read more

I TRUSTED IVETT TO PIERCE MY NIPPLES CORRECTLY...TO GO TO Another SHOP TO BUY NEW RINGS BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT SELL THEM, I WAS TOLD THAT SHE Fxxx me up!!! I have a photo of the incorrect jewelry used, she pierced my nipples with a curved ring and when i brought it to her attention lol her response was let the other shop pierce you. I was told verbatim by Ivett "if i was telling the other person what she was saying please stop because to be frank i do not care what he has to say about my work". Not once did she apologize. She could've simply refused service due to my "small nipples" I was told by her that "a curve or straight barbell can be used... its the piercers choice" and that she got as close to the base as she could without going through the tip". I now have scarred tissue on the nipple after spending 7k for a breast lift. A simple can i take look at it would've worked as well, Ivett and if you planning on staying in this field you need to check the way ypu handle your customers after a complaint. BTW no need to discredit the other shop with your stars lol you simply Fed up so own it!! read more
