She works across multiple styles, so she was able to take my vision and bring it to life without compromising anything. The tattoo itself took about 12 hours, and it was absolutely worth the time and money. I'm extremely satisfied with the final result and the overall experience. The shop itself is also great, clean, welcoming, and full of friendly people. Being in a comfortable environment made a huge difference during a long session. I thought "it can't be that bad" so I accepted the guy was gonna put the piercing without sanatizing it (I had to ask n he was like "oh yeah yeah I got you") then he used like a car/electric tool to twist the piercing open..the inside tissue of my nose piercing was already closed (Ive had my piercing for years just took it off for 2 weeks) he brings out a needle like the ones you use to put clothing pieces together had me thinking "how many ppl does he used that same needle on" . Then he tries putting the piercing,it kept hurting so I kept saying "no leave it like that I'll do it on my own" as I kept tearing up. He proceeds to not listen until he puts the piercing in(forcing the piercing while I'm in pain continually saying no) and he brings back the tool again and twistes my piercing "back in place". Honestly all I'm hoping is I get no infection and pain goes away because this had never happened to me. Avoid this from happening because apparently a "no" is a yes to them‍ and there was someone there "learning" I hope that guy doesn't follow the same procedures this guy did. I am in terrible pain can't even take the piercing off besides that this caused emotional distress for me because I didn't wanna get hurt by pulling back when I kept saying no, felt useless.

I got an extremely fucked up septum piercing here with chip and his gorilla wife. Not only did he…read morepierce it extremely low, crooked, AND the ball fell off immediately which is further proof he was rushing and did not tighten it. He blamed me for "twitching". If you look at the piercing where he initially started before said twitch you will see that he already placed the piercing far too low. I got a lobe and septum. He never counted down nor did he talk to me before or after the piercing and I believe he used the same needle. I received NO care sheet or instructions on how to take care of my piercing. The whole experience was god awful. When I politely asked if it was supposed to be that low him and his wife said yes. After feeling like I fucked up my whole face in the car and crying I built the courage to kindly and discreetly inform them of this. They tell him that "I don't like it" and he says, "Well if she doesn't like it she can take it out." He was obviously very upset. mind you, during the piercing, he made me extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to hold my cousins hand he gave me no warning or time to. He yelled at me while holding the needle to my nose while I was fighting him that I'm not ready and I need to hold my cousins hand, he protests "No, No, No! You're not gonna hold her hand. No you're gonna mess me up!! Stop moving, I need you straight. No no no no holding nothing no" mind you I have a video of me sitting straight only moving my hand to get some support. I don't understand why somebody would continue to pierce my flesh with a needle in these conditions. or why he was rushing to do this. He made me extremely uncomfortable. So the ladies prep a chair to TAKE OUT MY FRESHLY PIERCED SEPTUM. IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL THEN YOU KNOW PIERCING 101 YOU NEVER TAKE A FRESHLY PIERCED PIERCING OUT. IT CAN CAUSE IRRUPT AND IRRATIONAL BLEEDING. He obviously had no idea what he was doing and his wife began to give me attitude because I said I wanted a refund at this point. (I still hadn't spoke to him directly he had his back turned to me.) His wife stands by his side (good for her, go down with your husband queen) saying they've done this for years. I could not believe their reaction to my complaint. She was smiling in my face repeating their idiotic solution to my problem which again i was "If you don't like it take it out we've been doing this for years." "It's not that I don't like it you guys messed up my face and now you're trying to do more damage when all I'm asking for is a refund. You can't take out a piercing so obviously you haven't been doing this for that long or he is not professional." "He's right there if you wanna tell him he's bad" she said that with a condescending face as if to strike fear in me. I turned to him and had pretty much the same argument with him except he gave me my refund and turned extremely pissy. I'm honestly surprised he didn't piss himself the way his neck vein came out. Overall terrible experience. I feel bad for the other people that have to work with this toxic couple. They obviously have a terrible relationship and are placing the weight of their troubles on their business. I should have been much more upset at these imbeciles for fucking up my face. There was a girl there who did my friends piercing before mine even though I arrived before her and I wish I had gotten her. Maybe if they weren't trying to rush through and had common sense they'd leave the job to the professionals. It's clear this place will suffer due to the managements clear ineptitude and hot headed service. Inshallah Karma does it's thing.

The intial 1st set I loved that were put on me. I felt welcomed. They got me in same day. I've had to fill sets done and two fills. I liked that they were always able to get me same day. Perhaps, I see why now. I've never looked at some of the awful Yelp reviews. After my first fill SET THAT I LOVED. They charge a bit more than Orange County. I'll add my daughter has been doing her lashes for years and never has a problem! I went once with her and that place that was cheaper really takes their time. So on the first full I thought it fell off quickly and seemed not nearly as pretty as the first set. She says don't touch your eyes a lot and I DONT! At that point I didn't want to complain because I didn't have time. She always says if you don't like you come back and "i fix or do more" I don't want to have to come back. I just want the service done nice how you expect. So the first fill that was not so good I thought maybe I was being to critical. I go the second time for a fill which was Just DAYS AGO! I wanted to add she had an existing client walk in and she was in the chair doing my fill and she started talking and I thought to me which would be so kind. I guess I only got the meet and greet to the chair because I asked her if she was talking to me and she said "no I'm talking to my client" who was in a chair waiting next to me. It felt awkward like who am I? Not a client ?? So I just tried to talk to them. As soon as that client walked in I don't know if she hurried because of that but in all my years of getting fills and she even charged me $10 more because she said she removed a few so with a tip I was $80 out the door to TRISH WHO did my full days ago let me emphasize on 10-15 mins! I was like there's no wayyyy!!! I got home and noticed they weren't all the way to the end and it looked funny. I didn't feel like going back! Who wants to do that !?? And I live close in La quinta!! When she put the fan on me at the end and quick went to her client the first time it burned so much then she said wait longer. I barely touched my lashes yesterday to put on some blue liner and I was taken back !! It's almost like how she went so fast is perhaps she put a few bunches with massive GLUE YOU CAN SEE WHERE I HAVE BLUE STILL ITS STUCK TO GLUE!!! And prob just put a few bunches or clumps of lashes! It's terrible and she charged ME MORE for the fastest fill of my life! I will have to go get them removed somewhere and pray it's not as bad and pay again!! It's hard to take my own piks but when I go to another place I will have them! I'm not cheap but this place also charges a bit more than OC and the fills are always weak and not good! I only ever liked a new set but really only liked the first full set and just accepted what I got after. Who wants to complain!?? But here I am... I am certain she must've known what a quick sloppy job with all this glue that she did to me, and then just the principle of charging me more. I'm not okay with any of it !!!
