I almost never write a bad review I'm so disappointed. I literally just got a fill 2-3 days ago! I went here for the first time maybe a couple months ago. The intial 1st set I loved that were put on me. I felt welcomed. They got me in same day. I've had to fill sets done and two fills. I liked that they were always able to get me same day. Perhaps, I see why now. I've never looked at some of the awful Yelp reviews. After my first fill SET THAT I LOVED. They charge a bit more than Orange County. I'll add my daughter has been doing her lashes for years and never has a problem! I went once with her and that place that was cheaper really takes their time. So on the first full I thought it fell off quickly and seemed not nearly as pretty as the first set. She says don't touch your eyes a lot and I DONT! At that point I didn't want to complain because I didn't have time. She always says if you don't like you come back and "i fix or do more" I don't want to have to come back. I just want the service done nice how you expect. So the first fill that was not so good I thought maybe I was being to critical. I go the second time for a fill which was Just DAYS AGO! I wanted to add she had an existing client walk in and she was in the chair doing my fill and she started talking and I thought to me which would be so kind. I guess I only got the meet and greet to the chair because I asked her if she was talking to me and she said "no I'm talking to my client" who was in a chair waiting next to me. It felt awkward like who am I? Not a client ?? So I just tried to talk to them. As soon as that client walked in I don't know if she hurried because of that but in all my years of getting fills and she even charged me $10 more because she said she removed a few so with a tip I was $80 out the door to TRISH WHO did my full days ago let me emphasize on 10-15 mins! I was like there's no wayyyy!!! I got home and noticed they weren't all the way to the end and it looked funny. I didn't feel like going back! Who wants to do that !?? And I live close in La quinta!! When she put the fan on me at the end and quick went to her client the first time it burned so much then she said wait longer. I barely touched my lashes yesterday to put on some blue liner and I was taken back !! It's almost like how she went so fast is perhaps she put a few bunches with massive GLUE YOU CAN SEE WHERE I HAVE BLUE STILL ITS STUCK TO GLUE!!! And prob just put a few bunches or clumps of lashes! It's terrible and she charged ME MORE for the fastest fill of my life! I will have to go get them removed somewhere and pray it's not as bad and pay again!! It's hard to take my own piks but when I go to another place I will have them! I'm not cheap but this place also charges a bit more than OC and the fills are always weak and not good! I only ever liked a new set but really only liked the first full set and just accepted what I got after. Who wants to complain!?? But here I am... I am certain she must've known what a quick sloppy job with all this glue that she did to me, and then just the principle of charging me more. I'm not okay with any of it !!! read more

I went here back on November of 2018, before all the crazy pandemic started. I was flying to Cancun for my brother's wedding and it was a horrible experience. I went back the next day to have them removed as my eyes felt heavy and itchy. The removal was awful too and very painful. I demanded a refund because it was the least the owner could do aside from her not being able to replace my natural lashes. Lashes I lost from the painful removal. 7 years and my right eye is still missing some of those lashes and believe me I take care of my overall self. Please don't get lashes from here. read more

The customer service could have been better. There's a promotion on the website offering new clients 20% off first visit. My appointment was a few weeks ago and they refused to apply the promotion. As I was checking out, I showed them the promotion on their website and she told me it expired and wouldn't honor the promotion. I asked to speak to the owner who wasn't on site so I sent an email but have yet to hear a response. I went on the website last night and the promotion is still up on the website. I thought I loved my lashes at first, being new to lash extensions I didn't understand just how bad this establishments lash techs did me! They hurt, they itched and poked my actual eyes after they were applied then reapplied!! After 4-5 visits in a one month period I gave up and went elsewhere to have them removed then reapplied the correct way. I was told after a 1.5 hr removal process that it seemed like they used nail glue to glue them to my skin and actual waterline not just the lash. Apparently my natural lashes were sandwiched between lots of pieces strip like hard lashes no really mink like I was told. I lost nearly all of my natural lashes because of whatever hard glue they used. As if the original tech telling me I shouldn't be "so ocd about my lash" this was a hard blow because I've now spent hundreds on hundreds just wanting to be able to have my eyes done nicely since I'm disabled and cannot do my eye makeup like I used to. Absolutely love this place; I felt very comfortable the moment I walked in. The modern design is a welcoming feel of prestige and balanced with harmonious smiles. I had the pleasure of meetings a wonderful technician named "Mariela" who was extremely professional and friendly; I informed her this was my first time I was having my back waxed and concerned about the pain from the process. Mariela reassured me that it wasn't painful and she was absolutely correct; Her technique was quick and she had me at ease very quickly. During the process she took the time to answer all my questions, laugh at my jokes and even inform me of the different waxes available. Horrible..... Don't go there.... i've been having my eyelashes done for years. This place is horrible. They don't follow the proper steps you go there for a fill and they just glue new ones on your existing eyelashes. They don't clean your eyelashes before and remove the old ones and they don't put any primer on at the end. It's basically you're in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. they turn fans on after they're done and let you lay there for about five minutes and then that's OK you're OK to go and then you can feel the glue just falling into your eyes. Do not go there. I wanted to give him no stars, but I had to give him a one star because that's the only way my review would be posted on yelp. read more

I just had my eyebrows micro-bladed by Trish of Trish's Lashes in La Quinta! Everybody that I tell thinks they look absolutely beautiful and I think so too! If you want micro blading, permanent eyeliner, eyelashes or anything else don't walk but run to Trish's Lashes in La Quinta. Her place is spotless clean besides being beautiful. Trish herself did my micro blading. She is so sweet and it does not hurt at all. I was actually recommended by someone who also had it done & loved it. She also fixed some eyeliner that another place messed up! There's also a hair salon in the shop. The receptionist Mary Ella is also very sweet! Like I said run, don't walk, get yourself to Trish's Lashes for some pampering and to make yourself look even better than you already do! I'd been going to Trish's in Indio for threading. During an AM visit, someone was getting lashes done and we chatted. I asked what they cost, how long they lasted, and was told, clearly, $50.00 for mink. Sure, I'll give it a try. Returned that afternoon and had them done. Lo and behold, I went to check out and was hit with a $140.00 charge for lashes alone. $90.00 more than I'd been told. I was shocked, paid the bill (no tip) and left. I didn't say anything because I was completely shocked. Pretty sneaky was to up-charge, in my opinion. That was Thanksgiving Break prior to the holiday. I've not been back. Very sad because the person that did my threading was wonderful and worth every penny! read more

I visit this location for facials. Mariela is the best esthetician I've ever gone too. She takes the time to listen to your skin concerns and customizes facials that will target your skin concerns. I've been consistently visiting her for some time and have seen major improvements in my acne prone skin. I have less acne breakouts, my skin is less dry, and the texture in my skin is more smooth.
