We waited more than two hours to be seen, there was no one in the waiting room. all of the employees were goofing off and were offended and upset when I asked if they weren't seeing clients. When we were finally seen by the main tax preparer, older Ruano (he's not an accountant) he was rude, fell asleep while entering the taxes. He was flirtatiously inappropriate with one his employees (skinny girl). I was very uncomfortable. There is confidential paperwork laying around everywhere, copies of taxes with social security numbers on them, identity theft waiting to happen. When I asked if they shredded their docs Older Ruano showed me a box (he shoves them in a box under his desk! After almost a full day to get my boyfriend taxes done he was overcharging him for a simple W2 that wasn't getting a return!!!! oh btw if you want him to make up receipts and make up expenses... even a fake babysitter he can get you that at an extra cost of course! He did offer that too! Unbelievable! Report this business! He abuses his customers in time of hardship, and lots of other crooked stuff going on in there!

Which means once city inspector visits your business - guess who will be in trouble and fined significant financial amount by the city for illegally installed sign? You will be. And Sign studio USA will have long ago spent your money, or rather money they STOLE from you. I'll try to be short: This company signed a contract with me and accepted a check that was promptly cashed for making an awning sign and installing it, as well as "acquisition of the city sign permit" on March 18 2021. Prior to that point, at the time of signing the contract, or at any time after we were not asked or informed that company might need any information for aquireing the permit or application process. Their fee was $1200. The awning sign was installed on April 1st without our final approval of the awning sign and without even being informed that they sign would be installed that day. On April 9th, when I asked via email for the copy of the permit and receipts for fees paid to the city, assuming that they had them considering that at is illegal to install the sign without permit, I received in response from Sign Studio USA and email with attachment which was completely BLANK form of the city sign permit application and requesting essential information such a FEIN number, other business related documents and information as well as signature of the landlord. No matter how many times I asked about how come that sign is up and they never obviously even attempted to file for permit, they completely ignored me. Only when I accused them of intentionally stealing my money - $1200 for something that is in the contract and they never did even intended to do, I got some response from them. After many emails I got my full refund via cashier's check and that awning on which there are already streaks from logo and then letters on the canvas leaking and looking horrible, is going entirely down this week. I would also like to add that this man never gave us straight answers to anything, that he deliberately lied and cheated, and in the end even became rude and snarky with me. I have every reason ti believe that I am not his first or last victim and that considering that he has been in business for 30 years, he deserves a thorough IRS audit not to mention criminal charges for fraud and theft.
