Neat Nita's were willing to come out at 5 pm on a Saturday night to help us out. Samecia stayed til midnight, and worked tirelessly, on her own, to get it into a move-in-able state. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and though we would have been happy with a simple once-over to get rid of the worst of the dirt and grime and mess, she went much further than that and did a really great job. Neat Nita's came out again on Monday evening to finish off the job - all together, it took 11 hours of work to get the place clean, and I'm confident it would have taken much, much longer if we had used a different cleaning service. Neat Nita's cleaners were not only professional and highly competent, they were also sympathetic to our predicament and really eased the disappointment and stress of the day. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the two crew members who came to my unit did the bare minimum. Equipment and supplies: Our place was vacant so I had no cleaning supplies, was told the crew would bring it all. They didn't bring a vacuum. They brought limited cleaning products. What they did well: - Windows and floors What they did poorly: -Closet and kitchen cabinets, completely uncleaned. I did a walk through and asked them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and closets. They just used a dirty wet rag for all of it and still missed the mark. -did not clean the shower walls (tile / grout) or the tub AT ALL. completely dry. Even dust still on the top of the tile. They were responsive and nice when I texted the manager. Offered a 10% discount which I took, and they offered to send the crew back but I declined (I had to get back to work, and didn't have trust or time to walk professional cleaners on how to clean). I basically paid to get windows and floors cleaned and am now cleaning everything myself again and have to call in another service that actually cleans. $300+ wasted.

I was even more so inclined to work with GT given his courtesy. The company had availability within less than a week and sent a team of three to our home. They brought all their own supplies in the middle of negative winter temps and wore covers over their shoes, working from one floor to the next. They did a remarkable job dusting, wiping, and cleaning every surface in the house. The ladies were exceptionally kind and professional, and their work gave me a sigh of relief. I would be more than happy to hire from Golden Touch again in the future!

Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The owner is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Do not spend your money here.

Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. She encouraged me to book again with different cleaners, but when I messaged her to do that, she never responded. Bad business practices. Would not recommend even if her prices are lower than competitors.
