I've strolled by this place a few times on my perusal through Carlingwood Mall, and I remember seeing that you could make your own tshirts and thinking - "Wow, cool! I should probably remember that!" Flashforward to this week, and the family I look after welcomed a new edition to their brood, and I thought - tshirts for the kids! I went in around noon on a Saturday and wasn't quite sure if I was in the right place. It looked like they did computer repairs and sold ink, but then I saw all the tshirts and other fun printed stuff they do on the other wall! I decided to order three shirts - one saying "Big Brother" with his name on the back, one with "Big Sister" and her name on the back, and a little tiny onesie with "Little Sister" printed on it! Altogether, the cost came to around $50, which I thought was really reasonable. The customer service was fantastic - they spent a good amount of time consulting with me on the layout, colour and fonts and had some great suggestions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. I went there to have t shirts done for my sons birthday. I gave them the design and they never contacted me. they were supposed to call me the following week with the artwork and never did. I contacted them the following week to find out what happened and they told me they would find out who was working on my order iand call me back in 5 minutes. Noone did. I called back later in the day and the woman told me she would call me right back. I have yet to hear back from them a week later. What kind of business are you people running? I am sending a copy of this to Carlingwood administration as I'm sure they don't want this type of business practices affecting their reputation. I had a custom shirt and shorts made here for my daughter. It was super fast. Designed and made within a hour! Knowledgeable staff. Cost was reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future for custom prints. read more

I brought a graphic to them and requested it to be printed on 2 garments - a tee and a hoodie. I was very specific where I wanted them printed and the size. They are great at listening and even offered some advice on placement and spacing. Turn around is quick.. same day. They did a fantastic job! DO NOT GO THERE....After going back and forth 5 times and leaving my phone a few days at a time, I ended up getting a phone with air bubbles under the screen. Horrible job with dishonest people. It cost me $150 plus tax and had to go to another place to get the job done right. All I needed was a new screen for my galaxy s5. STAY AWAY unless you want to get ripped-off!!!!!! read more

I brought a phone in to have the OS reinstalled, one of the employees informed me that it would be ready for pick up by tomorrow afternoon and that they would call me. they never did, i had to call them and i was told it would be in by 6pm and i can pick it up. when i showed up, the owner informed me that his technician just texted him and said my phone will be done by 10pm and will be ready for pick up tomorrow between 12 and 1pm and they would call me when it is in, 3pm comes around and i don't receive a phone call, so i phoned them back again and they said it should be in any minute, so after work i went back to INK+ and was told that their technician could not fix my phone and that they gave it to another technician to be fixed, now i am very upset, not only did i waste my time going there twice, they did not inform me of anything, no communication, and the owner said he will give me a slight discount, i asked how much and he replied "five dollars off". i spent more money on bus fare going there. so before i left i demanded he calls me as soon as it comes in the next day, and for him to test it to make sure it is fixed, even if it was not fixed im still going to bring it home, he agreed. the next day i still did not get a phone call and i had to call them again, and i was told that it could not be fixed and that it will be there within the hour to be picked up, three hours later, when i showed up the phone was not there, none of the employees knew what was going on and they called the owner or technician and i was informed it would be in within the next 5 minutes. 15 minutes later i decided to go next door for a drink while i waited, when i was finished my drink, i went back to the store and the phone was still not there, no i am furious, went for a cigarette and when i went back, my phone was there but was not turning on, i thought maybe the battery was dead so i went home and plugged it in, before i brought it there my phone would turn on and say google that was it, now my phone wont even turn on or charge, they caused more damage then good, i highly suggest staying away from that store, and that they should take lessons in business management and educating their employees, i will be going back there with the phone and accusing them of damaging it even more, this is criminal and should not be allowed, stay away from them read more
