I immediately felt welcomed to the beautifully adorned shop. Kyle's fun, friendly personality helped ease my nerves and added to my extremely positive experience. He was also sure to explain the entire process to me from start to finish, was very understanding and patient with me and my nerves, and was very thorough in explaining the piercing's aftercare with me. It was evident to me that he truly loves his job and truly cares about the service he is providing.
