Not only that but my friends and I watched him take a dab before attempting my piercing!!! Nothing was properly cleaned, and I was STABBED at least 6 TIMES as he was trying to get the jewelry in a hole that he took the needle out of. As my ear is gushing blood, he knocked over the "sanitized" table that holds his tools and was getting very visibly angry. After 15 minutes of him poking and prodding me and my ear FILLING WITH BLOOD, he asked if I would be mad if he re-pierced it?!?!?! I said fuck this and left with a bloody ear and a hole. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Eryn. She was an absolute doll!! So knowledgeable and…read moreinviting. The process was super easy. I told her I was their to get my tongue re-pierced. I scanned the QR code hanging by the front door, filled out the forms, definitely easy . She took me back to the super nice & clean piercing room, she wanted to look at my tongue and come to find out I have a "center vein" so I can't get it pierced. Which I totally understand. For safety reasons. So I went with my second option, the other side of my nose as I have the right side done already I got the left side done. Very sterile process, gloves and new products were opened. We walked me through the process and pierced me. The placement was absolutely symmetrical and perfectly even with the right side. I looked in the mirror and it looked PERFECT. Not only was Eryn good at her job, she was funny, sweet, kind and informative... I will DEFINITELY be back ! We moved to Battle Creek 2 years ago and have been on the search for a tattoo/piercing place. Definitely found it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming and giving them a try... super clean, friendly place!!
