I scanned the QR code hanging by the front door, filled out the forms, definitely easy . She took me back to the super nice & clean piercing room, she wanted to look at my tongue and come to find out I have a "center vein" so I can't get it pierced. Which I totally understand. For safety reasons. So I went with my second option, the other side of my nose as I have the right side done already I got the left side done. Very sterile process, gloves and new products were opened. We walked me through the process and pierced me. The placement was absolutely symmetrical and perfectly even with the right side. I looked in the mirror and it looked PERFECT. Not only was Eryn good at her job, she was funny, sweet, kind and informative... I will DEFINITELY be back ! We moved to Battle Creek 2 years ago and have been on the search for a tattoo/piercing place. Definitely found it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming and giving them a try... super clean, friendly place!! The…read moregirls at the front desk (I wish I remembered their names) were so helpful answering all my questions and giving me all the information I needed for the procedure and after care. Both girls at the desk were the girls who did the piercing and assisting of one another. Again, they were so kind and helped to ease my anxiety if getting poked with a needle. They helped me pick out the jewelry I would need and the differences in the jewelry and quality they offered. I ended up with a nose piercing and a double conch hoop piercing.
