I have a few more tattoos so i know how to take care of them, not even 2 days after i started getting an infection. i used antimicrobial soap and made sure it stayed hydrated and clean and it was still bad. All the ink is gone now and I'm left with a scar where the ink was, i called in trying to get a refund and they feigned responsibility saying it was obviously not their fault. Would not recommend. Cool guy but once he mentioned he said he wasn't a great artist or couldn't draw well; should have been a red flag. He went off my sketch but after it was done I realized It was nothing like my sketch. This is all my fault, I should have spoke up. In the end be honest with your artist so you get what you want. He just needs practice and his focus is clearly traditional only.

Bradly, I'd like to cancel my appointment with you on the 23rd. Although I was highly impressed with my tattoo I got from my last appointment, I wasn't impressed with your level of professionalism as a tattoo artist. Over the years I've made many tattoo appointments and have never felt so unimportant. I felt as though I was an inconvenience to other things in your life going on. Our last appointment you made multiple phone calls to your uncle about your flight stuff, which had me waiting over and hour in total. I wasn't happy with this, but I thought I'd give you another chance. Today I walk in and you seemed ready, but then needed a break which was fine. Then we finally get into my appointment, 10 mins after it official started and you had a personal phone call that you said you were playing "phone tag with all day", you also said this about your uncle last time. It was past 2:30, and my appointment was suppose to start at 2. I understand "life happens". But then you try to say that you like to take your time setting up a tattoo.... But you weren't taking your time doing this. You were dealing with personal issues leaving me, a returning clinic hanging. It's clear to say I will not be a returning clinic again. I hope you don't treat your other clients like this. It's not fair to others time and it's very inconsiderate, people make appointments for a reason, to have the commitment. You fail to provide this. I let him know I wasn't happy with his work and he said he'd fix it. He has since canceled twice and made no effort to reschedule me despite my repeated attempts to try. The artist that did my work is no longer there and I was nervous as to how things would work out. The owner Ben got back with me and was very helpful. She obviously didn't know what she was doing as far as the depth of the ink going into someone's dermis. We originally wanted to add white ink to another tattoo that was blown out to make it look right, but she told me that that was the wrong approach and we had to do this gigantic cover up. So aside from taking 7 1/2 hours to do what's in the picture below, she lied about the ability to just simply fix the smaller tattoo
