It was especially important to me because it's my grandmother's name. I do wish that he would've maybe asked questions about what type of lady my grandmother was or anything about her because it would've made the whole experience better & it would've guaranteed a returning client. The shop was clean and had a cool vibe. The tattoo aftercare instructions that they gave were very great instructions and I really appreciate them. I did have to go over them a couple times just to understand because I hadn't gotten a tattoo in a long time but I realize if you follow them right and get the items that they suggest it definitely makes a difference.

From calling to inquire about an appointment vs walking in, I was treated professionally and all my questions were satisfactorily answered. The shop is clean and all of the staff are professional & very knowledgeable. The receptionist (sorry I didn't get her name) was super sweet & friendly. Ken pierced my nephew's ear. He is patient and takes his time to make sure your tattoo turns out exactly how you want it. If you have a specific drawing, he can draw it up or you can give him a general idea and he'll go from there. He is willing to work around your schedule and get you in quick. His work is top notch and he has great personal skills. He'll talk to you the whole time he's tattooing. The shop itself is very clean and you can tell it's sterile.
