Then their vibes were very odd and they kept trying to change a simple tattoo because they "couldn't do it" and said a 30 min max job would take an hour. We left our number and went to the car because they had two people in waiting to be worked on and within 5 minutes of us leaving both artists walked out and sat on the curb and took a smoke break... with people waiting and all. I'm not sure if roses are his thing or not, but he did a spectacular job. It still looks phenomenal and I even got complemented on it yesterday. Where a lady at the mall wanted to know where she could go to get the exact same tattoo. The vibe of the place is really chill and friendly and love doing their own artistic ability however, if you don't agree with what they've drawn up, they're super cool about doing a redraw to meet your satisfaction.

So months ago I began looking and found a couple of good shops. I reached out to each and Liberty was highly responsive to my inquiries. So about two weeks before they let me know Zak would be the artist and to reach out to him directly. We chatted via Instagram messenger and we decided on a date and time. Flash forward to Monday the 14th of March, I ubered up and headed to Liberty. From moment one Zak and I chatted and he was honest about the initial pictures I had sent him and the fact that they'd be hard to replicate. So we started looking for images and when I found the first attached picture. He was like that will work perfectly and will be one that lasts and won't loose it's integrity. So then he prepped the design in two sizes and we both agreed the larger one would be better. He also was able to place it an an area that makes it stand out and will when all said and done will be a centerpiece to the eventual sleeve. Zak is an amazing artist and his finesse with the actual needle work was amazing. I felt only a few of the needle strokes, it was the lightest touch and the outcome is amazing. He took his time, the hair on the body of the butterfly is delicate and precise. The color saturation is beautiful, the pixelization of the black mimics the photo and makes the butterfly pop. Zak did some lettering on my other arm and it came out beautifully. I have received tons of compliments in the last few days and I'm so happy with the work, that I'd fly back to Atlanta to work with Zak again. Id like to also compliment the shop. It was very welcoming from the music to artwork on the walls. The shop was full of light and the artists were genuinely having a good time together, signing, talking and engaging with their clients. We wanted to get fine line Star Wars themed tattoos -- we provided the image and they advised to make the image a little bigger so the lines won't look shriveled over time. We agreed with their recommendation and got to the table with not much of wait. Everyone was very inviting, the place itself looked really cool and eclectic. I immediately thought of coming back for a flash deal if we were ever in town again! Very clean, very sterile, and very friendly -- so why one less star?? Unfortunately both our fine line tattoos have faded by the end of the week. The pressure didn't feel deep enough for either of us and the line work is VERY light. We already want them touched up but since we're not from the area, we'd have to find another artist. BUT that shouldn't take away fully from the good experience! Maybe if we weren't leaving to the airport after this, we would've been able to speak up and say to go a smidge thicker. Or perhaps we should've visited in the beginning of our trip so we can return for touch ups at the end of our trip after the first couple of days of healing. Not sure. But still good vibes here!

Took my nephew to get his ear pierced & so glad we chose this place. From calling to inquire about an appointment vs walking in, I was treated professionally and all my questions were satisfactorily answered. The shop is clean and all of the staff are professional & very knowledgeable. The receptionist (sorry I didn't get her name) was super sweet & friendly. Ken pierced my nephew's ear. He drew up a few options for me that were similar to my idea and I really love how my tattoo came out. I might add some more hearts in the future to it but overall I really love it. It was especially important to me because it's my grandmother's name. I do wish that he would've maybe asked questions about what type of lady my grandmother was or anything about her because it would've made the whole experience better & it would've guaranteed a returning client. The shop was clean and had a cool vibe. The tattoo aftercare instructions that they gave were very great instructions and I really appreciate them.
