I think she owns the place because her name is on the certificate behind the desk, but I am not sure if there are others. Upon arrival, she was working on another person, but she quickly greeted me. I am happy to report that she was, in fact, wearing a mask. When she got to me, she was very pleasant and polite. She asked how I wanted my eyebrows, and I told her to do what she felt best, based on the shape I have. She was careful to make sure I liked the job, as she asked me before she finished to take a look before she continued; I actually really appreciated that. Needless to say, she did a great job with my eyebrows! When I arrived about 10 minutes before their 10 AM opening time, the shop was still closed, but shortly after, I saw the owner arrive and open up. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows since before COVID and had been letting them grow out, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was very kind and professional. When I showed her the style I wanted, she was honest and explained that my brows weren't full enough for that exact look. Instead, she suggested a similar style that would suit my natural brows better--and I'm so glad I trusted her! She was very gentle, took her time, and made sure everything looked great.
