I waited to see how the results held up, and I can honestly say my brows looked amazing for the entire year. I over plucked my eyebrows when I was younger and have spent several years wanting to give microblading a try but I was too nervous. I'm so glad I went with Keisha! She is a true artist and worked absolute magic. She was so warm, kind and walked me through the whole process of what to expect. She listened to exactly what I wanted and lended her expertise to helping create the perfect brow shape for me. My brows look incredible and natural. I now feel confident going make up free and love that I don't need to fill in my brows. I initially only did the microblading and at my 6 week follow up last year I decided to add shading as well and am so happy I did. The process for me included an initial microblading appointment and a 6 week follow-up for additional blading and shading. Now I just need to go in once a year for a touch up. My life has been changed. My annual touch-up was quick and easy, and my brows look brand new again. Microblading is definitely an investment, but it's so worth it. Jill preformed the saline removal on them, and I'm super happy with the results- they're blond again, and I feel more like "me". I also kept in mind it does take a few sessions, but it was worth it. She made sure she did everything to make it comfortable for me, and I would highly recommend her. I live about 30 minutes away, and it was completely worth it, even going back on the 71 to Corona!

I told Brandi about and when I went it for my eyebrow we took almost 45 min mapping and finding my perfect shape of brow that complemented me! They we just so beautiful and done so professionally like I was so surprised at how good they came out it's been about four months now and they still look good!!! Went back and got lip blush done and I was a little nervous because my lips were naturally pink and I didn't want it to look like a permanent lipstick on but we did a cute mauve color and I kid you not I don't even need make up anymore. I was expecting deep pore extractions, because I expressed my face was clogged and only got my forehead. The massage given during the facial was horrible. It hurt so bad and I was so sore the next day. Now my lashes. Ugh!!! My first time getting lashes and it was horrible. I was excited. I showed Brandi two pictures. I was hybrid, but not crazy, because I don't wear crazy or a lot of makeup. She gave me a light volume and D curl. My lashes were so curled and dark! They were definitely synthetic lashes, because you can tell how cheap they looked. I could tell during my appointment that there was too much glue being used, because the corner ends of my eyes she kept trying to separate. What do you know I get home and the corners are all stuck together and clumpy like a strip lash. My righ eye was red and it burned. Throughout the night my eye kept burning more and more and it was watering. In the middle of the morning I text her, because I wanted my lashes removed, but she was busy and said she can squeeze me in later around 4pm or I can give it a couple of days. I was so over them and didn't even want her touching my lashes. I had to cut them off and get the rest removed somewhere else. The other place saw how bad and stuck they were too. I told her about them and she said she would give me a complementary facial... ugh, I wanted no services done by her at all. She should had given me my money back. Added a pic of my eyes the next morning, it was all crusty in the morning and my eyes were still red 4 days later!!!

Location- her shop is in the Phoenix Spa building. It took me 15 minutes to find it and luckily…read moreafter searching yelp for help I did! Sandra was with another client so she was going to come get me but luckily I found it when she was opening the door. Her shop is a small room with 2 types of chairs for clients. Communication- after I had scheduled my appointment I received a text from her just letting me know a few things. She did ask to reschedule but then I didn't get a response back so I assumed we were still on for the original appointment. I got a confirmation of my appointment/reminder so I knew I was all set. AFTER- we were setting up my next appointment in which Sandra went over when she will may be busy so I was aware. Microneedling- I bought a Groupon deal for 3 microneedling sessions for $150. I got in the chair and she applied numbing creme (korean brand that I've used before) for an hour. She explained how it would hurt so I shouldn't think otherwise and went over specific areas that would hurt the most. Sandra asked how hard she was to apply. Overall I have a pretty good pain tolerance (had my eyebrows done with the numbing cream not working) but I asked her to go softly just in case. She ended up going medium pressure because I wasn't flinching (I thought she was testing and didn't realize she started) but explained i would be bruised because of my skin tone. The whole appointment lasted about 1hr and 45 minutes with numbing and the actual microneedling. Afterwards she applied some coconut oil and 100% zinc to my face. She gave me some zinc to use as its 100% SPF which I didn't know. Overall- definitely hectic but both cases not on Sandra's part but on other customers who ran late or missed notifications. Sandra has plenty of knowledge and she was a very "go with the flow" type of person. My skin looks exactly how I would expect it and I cant wait to take a picture to see if there's a difference.

Which I didn't want but she kept persisting. Now I definitely regret listening to her. I got her through groupon which she had good ratings. But i was trying to cordial but now i hate my brows and now i'm looking to get it lasered. If she went brown I wouldve been ok but she kept saying dark dark! Ughh. Go somewhere else.
