I waited to see how the results held up, and I can honestly say my brows looked amazing for the entire year. I over plucked my eyebrows when I was younger and have spent several years wanting to give microblading a try but I was too nervous. I'm so glad I went with Keisha! She is a true artist and worked absolute magic. She was so warm, kind and walked me through the whole process of what to expect. She listened to exactly what I wanted and lended her expertise to helping create the perfect brow shape for me. My brows look incredible and natural. I now feel confident going make up free and love that I don't need to fill in my brows. I initially only did the microblading and at my 6 week follow up last year I decided to add shading as well and am so happy I did. The process for me included an initial microblading appointment and a 6 week follow-up for additional blading and shading. Now I just need to go in once a year for a touch up. I got a facial and lash extensions package, and would never go back. The facial was a bunch of non…read morebrand products. I was expecting deep pore extractions, because I expressed my face was clogged and only got my forehead. The massage given during the facial was horrible. It hurt so bad and I was so sore the next day. Now my lashes. Ugh!!! My first time getting lashes and it was horrible. I was excited. I showed Brandi two pictures. I was hybrid, but not crazy, because I don't wear crazy or a lot of makeup. She gave me a light volume and D curl. My lashes were so curled and dark! They were definitely synthetic lashes, because you can tell how cheap they looked. I could tell during my appointment that there was too much glue being used, because the corner ends of my eyes she kept trying to separate. What do you know I get home and the corners are all stuck together and clumpy like a strip lash. My righ eye was red and it burned. Throughout the night my eye kept burning more and more and it was watering. In the middle of the morning I text her, because I wanted my lashes removed, but she was busy and said she can squeeze me in later around 4pm or I can give it a couple of days. I was so over them and didn't even want her touching my lashes. I had to cut them off and get the rest removed somewhere else. The other place saw how bad and stuck they were too. I told her about them and she said she would give me a complementary facial... ugh, I wanted no services done by her at all. She should had given me my money back. Added a pic of my eyes the next morning, it was all crusty in the morning and my eyes were still red 4 days later!!!

Each communication preps the client for their responsibility, what to expect, and whats next. The studio is within a beautiful and private locked (for safety) facility that requires notification to enter. It is located in a large corner mini shopping area with plenty of parking. Upon arrival , the client sends a text to gain entry. Kay comes to the door and brings you to her quaint private, very clean, bright and nicely decorated studio. After meet and greet introduction Kay goes over the process of how she will spend more time mapping and measuring to perfection before actual procedure. Her time guesstimation is pretty accurate. It was during this phase that it was evident to me that she is a very passionate perfectionist which awards her the title of "The Eyebrow Queen". Kay is very caring and compassionate always checking in to make sure you are comfortable and doing fine as well as explaining everything she does while doing it. She even has a mini frig to provide her clients a wide variety of refreshments. Kay is a gifted expert in her field as evidenced by all the before and after pics and incredible reviews left by the happy trail of clients. My stretch marks are about 15 years old and nothing has helped improve them except ISR. Some of my deeper stretchmarks have becomes significantly less visible and some of the shallower/lighter ones have almost disseapered after 2-3 sessions. I was not expecting much after the first session but the results on my abdomin really surprised me. I called and she made an appointment for me a couple hours out. The spa is locked so you have to ring the bell and then they have private rooms with beds. My techs name was Coco and I dont know if it was her limited English but she wasn't very helpful when I asked her quarters about how the treatment would go and voiced concerns about whether it is damaging (she replied yes and laughed) multiple times. I tried asking in multiple ways using simpler words and she still said yes everytime ... and then told me everyone does it every 4 to 6 weeks no problem.... She taped my eyes up and then used multiple layers of serums on my lashes and then set the timer and a massager that was under the sheet on the bed (nice surprise). After 30 minutes and a quick nap she untaped me and texted me some tips. It was a little uncomfortable and itchy but now the next day I'm fine.
