I love the way Sandy and Jovan have shaped my eyebrows in the past but I had to stop going here because they are so unreliable. At least twice I've scheduled an appointment when they open only to find the store still closed and after waiting 20 minutes I gave up. Today I tried to give them another try as a walk in and showed up at 4:00 pm only to be told by the one person there that there was no one around to do eyebrows. They charge way more for threading than surrounding businesses but never see to be available. read more

So I was debating on whether to post this but here goes. I went in for a brow lamination and haircut. Love the brows but am very pissed about the haircut. I love the way my brows turned out. They look fuller and have stayed awesome these last 5 days. My issue is the haircut. I asked for a trim with layers and also to get it a bit thinned out since I was trying to get it to grow. When she started I told her I wanted to keep the length as much as possible. However what I got was an uneven cut that I am too embarrassed to even show. Instead of layers it looks like the top layer of my hair was cut about 5 inches from the bottom layer with no in between to make it look natural. Also when she thinned it she was just going all over the place and honestly that make the layers worst. If you are looking for a place to get a haircut I would recommend somewhere else. read more

Walking into Bella's I was a bit nervous. I was there for eyebrow microblading and hair color. I had never had anything professionally done at a salon and I read that microblading was painful so I was a little uppity. But as soon as I met Sandy I felt at ease and comfortable. I wasn't sure what to do with my brows but she could tell what was best for me just by looking at my face and adjusting the shape. She is a true professional and made sure the process was quick, painless, and looks great! She finished my combo brows in less than 40 minutes!! It is a day later and I've had no pain. Next I met Roxy, who did my hair. She was extremely pleasant to speak to and was very gentle with my hair. I was doing a blonde balayage after having dyed black hair for years. The color didn't lift to a platinum shade (as expected with black hair!) but this is fine because I have to come back anyway for my brow touch up and I'll just get my hair dyed again when I do. Roxy was very thorough in explaining to a newbie who never had anything done in a salon what was happening and I was eager to learn! The color ended up more of a honey blonde, which still looks amazing! I'll be returning in a few weeks for more hair color, a brow touch up, and a lash lift. First and foremost EEVERYONE here is very experienced in what they do. I have had my eye brows threaded, microbladed, microshaded, hybrid brows, hair done multiple times by almost everyone who works here. They all have done an amazing job and I am always more than happy with thier work and service when I leave. It's been over two years since I had my eyebrows done here so they definately needed some attention. I decided to try hybrid brows today. Sandy, as always, did a perfect job. I really do enjoy this studio as they do a good job, but giving 3 stars because of their time management. My daughter made a 2p eyebrow threading appointment and was told that they were "5 minutes" behind. She didn't get done until 2:40p. This has happened to me a couple times as well but have let it slide because I understand it happens sometimes. Just suggesting to not offer appointment times if they cannot be honored in a timely manner. read more

This is my first ever review on yelp and I made this account solely because of our experience at Bella's Threading and Hair Studio. Sandy is an absolute god send! I brought my mom to get her eyebrows microbladed as an early Mother's Day gift I have been the worst critic of my mom's eyebrows for years and after years of bullying on my part she finally agreed to get them done. We were greeted with a warm welcome and Sandy was super sweet and the fact that she knows spanish really helped my mother feel more at ease. She did the measurements and showed my mom how her eyebrows were going to look and recommended she get hybrid eyebrows to get a desired and more blended look. My mother has had thin eyebrows all her life and was in a little shock at how thick the sketch looked which I already was impressed with. My mother asked Sandy for a more thinner brow and she politely sketched one. Once the thinner eyebrow was sketched she compared both brows, and sandy took the time to explain in great detail how the thinner one not only did not go with her facial structure, but also would make her eyes look more swollen and tired. My mom saw this difference right away and we were both equally surprised at how much different the correct eyebrow form changes the face. Sandy made sure my mother was comfortable all throughout the experience so much so she almost dozed off. When I saw the finished product I was speechless it literally brought tears to my eyes it took everything in me not to sob uncontrollably. My mother's eyebrows looked absolutely amazing!!! My expectations were exceeded. I want to full heartedly thank Sandy for her amazing service. What you did for my mother who is a nurse that works 16 hour days and rarely has the time and energy to get ready and look at herself in the mirror is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I am grateful for you and thank you for taking such great care of my mother and giving her an extra boost of confidence.
