I went in to ask about it and in fact 2 people told me they were. I paid for my $20 tattoos and while i was waiting a woman came to the front and told us there were no deals going on. we had informed her that we already paid and if they were not going to honor their facebook post we just wanted a refund and we would be on our way. well when we said that she told us "we don't do refunds" so i just gave you $40 for a tattoo that apparently i can't get because "y'all aren't doing specials tonight" when in fact i was told in detail upon walking in that they were well when i demanded that she give me my money back she threatened to call the police and told me to "get out of her store" i just think that all of the workers at trendsetters bossier city should be on the same page about when they are and are not doing specials. customer service was terrible ESPECIALLY from their main piercer i believe her name was sunny. over all not a very pleasant experience to be sitting in a tattoo shop for 2+ hours and walking out with nothing and almost with less than i walked in with. if anyone is looking to get a tattoo or piercing i HIGHLY recommend not going to trendsetters bossier city unless you just want to walk out in a bad mood and with a bad tattoo. after writing all of this on a facebook post and tagging them they then proceeded to instead of handing the situation and asking what they could do to improve their service and/ or firing sunny A. they BLOCKED me on facebook because they could not handle the harsh truth i was saying about how badly they are running their store. trendsetters bossier honestly needs to do so much better! i would honestly give ZERO stars if i could!!! do NOT go here!!!

Went in late one night as a walk in for a nostril piercing. Despite their being several people in…read morethe waiting area, I was helped right away. I filled out my paperwork, showed my ID and only had to wait for the piercer to set up her station. Bobee ended up being my piercer and was very professional. She had a friend who was apprenticing that night and Bobee made sure to ask first if it was ok that her friend watched the process. I gladly agreed and was done with the whole process within about 15 minutes and I left completely satisfied. Now the kicker is a few days later when my piercing fell out. I was so afraid that my piercing would close up and called the shop asking for Bobee who happened to be out. I did get her personal number, sent her a text explaining my situation and she met me on her off day to save my piercing! I was so grateful for her willingness to work with me and she reminded me to make sure that I'm tightening the jewelry daily.

We set up appointments because we have a 4 year old and it's easier that way. Although Bear did offer to have our son there. (out and away from the tattoo studio) he had some children's books and a few toys which surprised the hell out of me!! Anyway about his work... it's great!! My wife and I have 50ish tatts a piece so we know a good artist when we see one. He was quick and efficient with his work and made things fun. He grew up in a shop so he has some stories!! I enjoyed the first time around with this artist and we'll be coming back to finish up a piece and get a new one.
