I went on a Saturday afternoon and I was surprised to see how empty it was. I was immediately greeted, asked to select my polish and guided to a massage chair. It's a pretty large place with lots of stations for children's pedicures, adult manicures, and pedicures. I believe there are waxing rooms in the back. The massage chairs are pretty cool because both the back and the seat massage you. I was handed a menu so that I could select my services. I added on a paraffin treatment because my feet were desperately in need of some moisture and pampering. It was a great and thorough and relaxing pedicure and I was happy to see that they had drying stations near the front so I could sit for a while and allow my toes to dry. If I'm in need of a pedicure again while I'm in the area I would definitely return here.

I'm a grown responsible adult who keeps a calendar and I fully intended to be at my appointment. My two previous appointments were made same-day, so I never encountered this issue. However, for my third visit, I scheduled in advance for a 9:00 AM appointment. The salon texted me at 8:08 AM to confirm. I was in the shower getting ready and didn't see the message. By the time I got in my car, and my phone synced, I had four texts and a missed call. When I didn't respond by 8:30 AM -- not even 30 minutes later -- they canceled my appointment. I called to explain, and the owner stood by her policy. She said the confirmation texts go out at the same time for everyone the day of the appointment. She said they've never had a problem doing it that way. I understand businesses have their systems, but as a customer, I would have appreciated being told in advance that I'd need to respond to a text within such a tight window or risk losing my spot. I can't think of another professional business -- whether a hair salon, doctor's office, restaurant, or otherwise -- that expects confirmation within 20-30 minutes on the day of the appointment, especially without prior notice. Most give you at least 24 hours, or send multiple reminders with more flexibility. I share this not to criticize their work, but to give a heads-up to anyone considering booking here: make sure you're watching your phone closely the morning of, or your appointment might be gone before you even have a chance to respond.

It's quite large, very clean, and staffed by lovely people. I was very lucky last Friday to get an appointment the same day and very lucky Jacob was available, he came highly recommended. Very personable and extremely talented, he knew just what I wanted for my new style. The shampoo station is in its own room, darkened and cool, with soft meditation music playing. Jacob has extremely talented hands, and I received the best shampoo and scalp massage of my life. Jacob was efficient in my cut and did a marvelous job. It was exactly what I wanted, but better. (I waited a week before writing this review because I wanted to live with the hairstyle first.) Simple and easy to care for, just as I asked.
