Two minutes into meeting Isabel, I was sold. No pretense, not judgement, no upselling, just a down to earth, lovely human being who happens to be an amazing eyebrow artist. It took more time to fill in my increasingly sparse brows than it did to put on a full face of makeup. I was, in a word, very over it. Isabel explained that I didn't need a full micro-blade, but "feathering" - which is essentially the same as micro-blading, just not as much. She was ready when I arrived, her space immaculate, welcoming and relaxing. She numbed me up and once the numbing cream did what it was supposed to, she got to work. No pain - I literally could have taken a nap! A few weeks out and I'm happy to say that I'm loving the results! I still have a touch up appointment several weeks from now - but I am 100% a believer in Isabel's talents. Moved my schedule and schedule for the day for my husband to take kids to school (causing him to attend work meetings from the car while driving kids to school), showed up at my time (8 am), waited for 30 minutes (as if I have no work to attend to that day at all) and turns out they cancelled my appointment for no reason!
