This is a newer Tattoo shop in Kingman and has 2 tattoo artist working there…read more A friend of mine made an appointment for the both of us through Facebook over a week in advance. We got to the store about 10 minutes before our appointment and it was closed. A gentleman showed up and sat outside the shop, just like we were. About 20 minutes later 1 of the tattoo artists showed up they went inside together. Probably late because the customer was there before the artist! We sat around for 15 more minutes waiting for our artist, Tori, finally we gave up. My friend wrote her on Facebook and it turns out she wasn't even in the city! She said she got tickets for something and forgot to tell us. I wish I could leave a review on there actual work but I will not be making a new appointment for someone who cares so little for her customers.

Whoever she was told me oh well he is dyslexic but we can book you for next week. I don't want an appointment next week matter fact I never wanna come back to that place that was super unprofessional. A phone call would've been nice so I didn't drive all the way out there and waste my time and I could've found another place. and plus the place did not look very clean. Honestly, i've worked in Customer Service for over 25 years and this was completely unacceptable. If your hairstylist had an emergency then you find another hairstylist and if you can't do that, you need to call.
