The owner greeted us right away when we came in and introduced us to Jim. They both took the time to sort through fonts for the lettering on one of the tattoos and helped us decide on the perfect shamrock. Jim tattooed all 5 of us right in a row (after tattooing all day) and he was awesome! He was just as patient and friendly with each of us even after doing so many. And his work was great! Both of my daughters, ages 8 and 10, came in for their second lobe piercings. My youngest even met her classmate there so they could get matching piercings together, which made it such a fun and memorable experience for them. Jordan, who did the piercings, was absolutely amazing. My 8-year-old was really nervous and almost had a panic attack, but he was so patient, calm, and attentive. He took his time, talked her through everything, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. That level of care meant everything as a parent.
