Best in the buisness! The quility is spot on everytime, always in a good mood, and I always get exactly what I am thinking.

She was really nervous but he handled her like a pro- she took a deep breath and went for it. And got a 3rd hole in each ear for solidarity. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! It honestly was the best day in recent memory. This shop is unlike any tattoo spot I've been to - it's serene, calming, and immediately puts you at ease in a situation where you might be feeling a little nervous. Jess, Emma (the other tattoo artist), and Wayne (a piercer who has pierced me several times!) are all welcoming and fabulous to have conversations with. Jess is such an amazing artist - watching her tattoo is a thrill - and her artwork hanging around the shop is unreal. I spent much of my time here observing her amazing paintings, as well as the loads of gorgeous plants, succulents, and Victorian-esque items! This shop is clean, the artists are genuine, and the work they do is the best I've ever experienced. I don't see a reason to go anywhere else... I'll be back asap, Darling Grey!

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure why I trusted this place after seeing them mess up a friend's nose…read morepiercing, but I thought I would be safe with the older, more experienced piercer. Very wrong! I went in to get my Medusa repierced and the piercer said he could do it in the same spot as the scar. He then used a huge sharpie to mark the placement and didn't get anywhere near the actual spot when he put the needle in. His hands were shaking the whole time and the entire experience felt anxious, careless, and extremely rushed. It wasn't until later that day that I noticed it was completely off center and nowhere remotely near the spot we agreed on. Once the obscene amount of sharpie wore off, I could still very clearly see my old scar above and way to the side of the new bar, this was not a swelling issue! The shop was closed for the next 3 days so I was not even able to contact them at that point. I chose to void my warranty and remove the jewelery myself so that I could minimize the scarring of this totally unnecessary and infuriatingly off-centered extra hole in my face. As much as I would love for them to fix their mistake or give me a refund, I will never set foot inside this shop again for multiple reasons. For one, the guy that usually works the front desk is a literal storybook troll in the absolute worst way. He is so rude to literally every person I've ever seen him interact with. It is not some neurodivergent accident either, he clearly gets pleasure from making people feel as shitty as possible. No one in the shop seems to care since he has been there for years, so I assume they must all condone this truly abhorrent behavior. Secondly, I do not trust either of these piercers to care or be bothered to do this piercing correctly the second time, they seem annoyed that they even have customers! I would fully expect them to try to gaslight me into thinking that their incorrect placement was somehow okay or justified or, at the very least, to be rude AF to me. Maybe this place was good twenty years ago, but they clearly have not kept up with the industry standards and have zero passion left for what they do. I really hope my terrible experience can save someone else the pain and disappointment. I've been pierced all over the country and I've never seen such carelessness.

We walked in with a simple question about a piercing THEY did -- and were met with the guy at the…read morefront desk, who acted like answering basic concerns was some sort of personal attack. The man, draped head-to-toe in black with a dermal piercing he treats like a badge of authority, immediately launched into this long, condescending monologue instead of listening for even five seconds. His whole presence was hostile, dismissive, and aggressively know-it-all. Every time we tried to speak, he doubled down like he was determined to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. It was truly impressive how someone could be that unhelpful while still somehow acting superior. But here's the thing: as awful as the experience was with the front desk, the actual piercer -- Bill -- was incredibly kind. He treated us respectfully, explained things without the attitude, and made it clear that mistakes can happen and he was willing to work with us. The contrast between him and the front-desk guy was honestly shocking. Southern Maine has a ton of studios with staff who don't treat customers like an inconvenience. Bill deserves better coworkers, and customers deserve a better first impression. Go anywhere else unless you feel like dealing with unnecessary ego before you even get to the person who actually knows what they're doing.
