I LOVE MY BROWS. I had virgin brows and was very nervous about getting them done, but Lana did such a wonderful job! She answered all my questions prior to the appointment and was very kind and gentle. She followed the natural shape of my brow (which is what I wanted). I didn't even realize one of my brows was lower on my face than the other, but she was very meticulous and took the time to make sure it was even and mapped to my liking before she started the tattoo process. Afterwards, she followed up to see how my healing process was coming along. I wanted to get a touchup to perfect the look and went back 1 month later. Overall, Lana was so sweet and professional and I would definitely recommend getting your brows done by her!

I was terrified of getting my eyebrows done. I had the ombré powder brows done by Lana. She greeted me at the door, I washed my hands, filled out the forms and felt very safe ! She mapped out my brows to see what would work best with my facial structure. In between layers, she would double check to see if my brows were even at well defined. *REVIEW ON BEHALF OF MY GIRLFRIEND'S EXPERIENCE* This was my first time getting powder ombré brows so I was super nervous but Lana was very welcoming when I arrived. After filling out some paperwork, she sat me down and began mapping out the brow shape she thought suited me best while taking in consideration my facial structure. She made sure I 100% liked the shape before proceeding with the tattooing process. We spent about an hour mapping the brows because I was super picky but Lana did not hesitate to accommodate to my requests. The procedure itself took close to 2 hours. Lana was very precise and I could tell she really wanted me to leave happy. She went back and forth between shading and stopping to make sure the shape was even. Overall, my entire experience starting from when I walked into the studio until I left the studio, was extremely satisfying. Lana did an amazing job and I would not hesitate to recommend her!

Virgin Alert I had never gotten any permanent makeup done before so I was a bit nervous. You see, I had eyebrows before I was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 years ago. After the extensive chemo treatments and the many different side affects that landed me in and out of the hospital for 3 in a half years, I was left with little to no eyebrows at all. I have been drawing my eyebrows in for quite sometime now and I was getting tired of it. There were days when I forget I had eyebrows and I would accidentally wipe one of them off, because it was itchy or I was sweating. Then there was this new trend called microblading and I really wanted it done, but never got around to doing it until I seen a lady on Facebook promoting POWDER OMBRÉ BROWS. I fell in love. It looked so natural and in my opinion way better than microblading. So here I am, at INKREDIBLE BROWS, with the most amazing consultant and specialist, Lana Le. It starts off with reading and signing the pretreatment/health consent forms. Then the fun begins when she starts to map out the brows that best suits your face structure. This part is crucial because this is where you approve the shape before it becomes permanent and believe me when I tell you, she takes her time mapping out the best shape for your face. And now the tattooing begins. This is where your face comes to life...well for me, because I'm going to walk out of here knowing I will be waking up with eyebrows...Yayyy! The whole process took about 2 in a half hours for me and the experience I had was amazing. When you book with Lana, she is going to take good, good care of you from the time you walk in that door until the time you leave. Lana is pretty amazing. I have been pondering about getting my eyebrows done the last few years.Recently, my sister got her eyebrows done with Lana a few months ago. When I saw my sister's brows, I got convinced that I found the right person that will do my brows for me. From the very beginning when I made the appointment with Lana, she is very responsive and informative on what I need to do. Her place is very clean and spacious, especially during these times of COVID I felt very safe getting my eyebrows done with her. She took her time mapping out the brows and consulting me on how I want my eyebrows to look like. She is very meticulous on how she does the process of your eyebrows and would ask you if you have any pain during the process and if you feel some pain or pressure she will apply more numbing cream so you feel less pain on the area.She also explained post care and the healing process of your brows. I definitely would recommend her if you want someone to do your eyebrows. As I've told her via text. I finally can say that I have the eyebrows I want and the feel of an I woke up like this brows. Many people have said that my eyebrows looks so good and when I tell them that I got it done they say that it looks so natural, you can't even tell. Thank you Lana you gave my brows life!

Lana is truly a miracle worker! Say goodbye to my virgin eyebrows! See you neverrrrrr. :) This is it, today's the day ya girl finally got her dream brows! Oh yes, it finally happened-- I had reached out to Lana via Instagram to inquire about the brow process and was hesitant about getting mine done due to fear, pain, and how they would look like after the process. I was just so terrified about how it would look and if i wasn't happy with my brows, I would be stuck with them forever. We had planned to book an appointment back in March when Covid-19 had started to shut down beauty parlors and local cosmetic businesses in Orange County. After a good 7 months of rescheduling my booking due to conflict and Covid-regulations, we finally made this happen in October! Words cannot describe what a fantastic experience I had at SoftInk studio. The place is very clean, welcoming, and has a bright, feminine aesthetic vibe. I was so anxious about this whole procedure during my months of planning and on the day of my appointment, I was happily greeted by Lana. I filled out some documents and a questionnaire with informed consent and then Lana began trying to map out what kind of brow shape/look I was going for. She was very inviting and allowed me to express my desires, even though I did not have a particular brow shape/ example I was going for. I entrusted her to create a brow shape that would be more on the natural side, but still apparent once the healing process was complete. She took her time to map out the angles, dimensions, lengths, and color of my ombre powder brows.This took about a good hour to ensure that i was 100% happy with the look. Lana loves to be precise in everything she does; I noticed that she would reference the brow outlines many times to ensure that they were perfect. This alone made me feel comfortable and I trusted her with the process. To be quite honest, the initial outlining of my brows was about a 6/10 for me (I have a terrible pain tolerance, so this would be little to none for 99.9% other clients, LOL)... but the numbing cream applied afterward made me feel much better. Lana made sure that I was feeling okay thought the process and tried to minimize as much as pain for me. The whole procedure took about 3-4 hours and I was shocked by how beautiful they looked! The shape and color was perfect; I am excited to see how they look after the complete healing process. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication to my new brows, Lana! You are the absolute best and deserve so much recognition. -Pros: Pricing is standard for ombre powder brows (SoftInkStudio offers many services, initial brows were $400).This is comparable to other places that offer the same type of service. Lana is very down to earth, friendly, extremely patient, and honest. She wants you to be happy with purchase and I am so grateful that she made my brow experience so much better anticipated. I am so appreciative that she took so much extra time to make sure that I was pleased with my results and gave me the confidence to show these brows off! I was so embarrassed to express feelings of discomfort just after the first outline of the brows and she was super understanding. I came here to get my lips done by Lana and omg she's the best! She knows what she's doing and I trust her completely. She was very sweet and attentive to my needs (asking if I need more numbing cream/asking if I need to use the restroom). I'm definitely going to come back to do my brows with her as well! I can't rave enough about my new brows - I love the look and how it has significantly cut down my makeup application time. I inquired with Lana in regards to doing ombré powder brows over my microbladed brows. My brows had become patchy in some areas and I was looking for an overall color/shape refresh and to fill in patchy areas. Lana was very communicative with the process and upfront with the fact that I would need color correcting- I booked my appointment for mid-January. Upon arrival I completed paperwork, then Lana got started on assessing the state of my brows and figuring out what shape I liked the most and that complemented my face. She is extremely meticulous with getting the shape just right, I would say mapping out my brow shape took over an hour. Then we numbed my brows and she started with the outline before filling in. A numbing agent was added on my brows between each pass. The entire color correction process took around 2.5 hours - and Lana mentioned what I could expect with any swelling/redness as well as keeping me fully informed and equipped for aftercare. I went home with an aftercare kit, then once my brows healed I would book a touch up appointment. The healing process and time was similar to that of microblading - and will vary by person. I typically start to scab and peel within a week and a half, and am fully healed after 2 weeks. I sent Lana photos of my healed brows and she was ecstatic on the color retention. I booked the touch up appt and she re-mapped my brow shape to ensure it's still the exact shape I want and that everything lined up, then we got to the applying the pigment. My new aftercare kit included a stick on visor for the shower which is GREAT for protecting the brows from getting wet. Lana followed up a couple weeks after my touch up appointment, and everything was great! Note that she can't take every color correcting/coverup case. If you have current permanent brow makeup that doesn't look quite right with color, shape etc the best thing to do is to book a consultation ($50) so that Lana can see your brows in person. If not, you can reach out with raw, close up photos and inquire if color correcting/coverup is right for you. I couldn't be happier with the results and so glad that Lana was able to help me! I'm in love with my brows more than ever and I don't need to do anything with them when getting ready each day which is the BEST!

If you are even thinking about getting your eyebrows done, choose Lana as your brow artist!! Honestly, I was really nervous going into my appointment as I previously had microblading done years ago and I wasn't too happy with the outcome. I have really oily skin so luckily they faded; however, I was left with a few red strokes throughout my brows. Setting up an appointment with Lana is so easy and she's so fast at responding! I sent her a picture of my brows and Lana was very honest with me in regards to what I should expect since I had previous work done. During our consultation, she mapped out the best shape suited for my face structure. If I'm being honest, I wasn't too fond of the shape since I wanted less of an arch. I was very being picky, but Lana was so patient with me! After remapping a few more times, I agreed to the brows she had drawn. She could tell I was still a bit hesitant and would not start the tattooing process until I was completely satisfied with the shape! At this point, I knew I could trust her since she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my brows. She is truly a perfectionist!! Throughout the entire tattooing processing, I could feel her redrawing the guidelines to check her work and she would have me sit up to check the brows in the mirror as well. I am so happy with my brows now and I haven't even had a touchup yet! She did so well with the correction that you can't even tell I had my brows previously microbladed! I would recommend Lana to anyone looking to get their brows done! :)

Lana was very nice, friendly and honest. She made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to. She was very meticulous and paid attention to detail throughout the whole process! She carefully mapped my brows and cared about what I wanted. She made sure I was satisfied with my brows, asking for my opinion throughout the appointment and making sure my brows looked good in every angle!  I love the brow shape she drew for me, I asked for a natural brow as I don't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis. It has been a month and a week since my appointment, my brows are almost fully healed and are now a medium brown shade.
