The tech told me it was because my natural nail base is wide and that they "would've looked better longer"--something they absolutely should have advised me on before starting. Because I had my 3-year-old daughter with me (who also got a paid service), I left and called them from the car. They explicitly told me to come back and they would redo them. When I drove all the way back, they flipped the script. They refused to redo them because I left the store. I asked for a simple reshape instead; they said yes on the phone, but once I walked in, they refused again, saying it would make them look worse. It wasn't until I demanded they just take them off completely that they finally agreed to reshape them. Please look at my media. The photos show they look way better after the reshape (going from wide houses to almond), meaning they lied to me just to avoid fixing their mistake. Furthermore, the video shows the terrible application: the nails are angled upward instead of flat, and the pinky is totally crooked. It is a horrible feeling to be treated this poorly by a business you have supported for years. Never again. You first said you could redo them and then said you couldn't. Leo didn't not want to reshape them till I told him to remove them. You did absolutely nothing to help in this incident and only embarrassed me as a customer. Do not come in here talking about policy when you disrespect your clients. Shame on you for your poor response and service.

I had my eyebrows done many many years ago in another country. This year they started to look really uneven. I researched a bunch of permanent makeup artists in my area, read a lot of reviews and looked at photos of their work. I contacted Diana for an appointment and our conversation confirmed to me that she knows what she's doing. During my appointment Diana took her time to create a great shape for my brows. I think the shape is better than when I originally had my brows done many years ago. Diana is sweet but professional. I feel more confident after getting ombre eyebrows done by her. I had the SMP done couple months back. it was a great experience. It has really helped with my confidence. I have really thinned in the front of my hair from pulling my hair back into pony tails. I was in the military so we always have to have our hair back into a slick neat bun and I started thinning over time. I feel like this has really helped with my confidence. I put my hair up and more often now and put it back where I didn't before. Diana made me feel really comfortable while she was doing it. And she kept checking on me to make sure I felt comfortable. Lana was incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle. She is the right person to trust with your brows. My only regret is that I didn't have them done sooner. I already had enough brow hair before but I needed help making them more symmetrical without taking away hair (achieving a fuller/thicker appearance), and I wanted a natural look since I don't wear a full face every day. It's so easy to maintain the shape Lana created for me. I relied on Lana's expertise and trusted her recommendations. She designed my brows, advised me on the best color, and made the whole process smooth. I have a hyperactive right brow and my left eyebrow had shorter/coarser hairs with more patches. She took all of this into account when mapping out the shape. She would also have me check the shape multiple times before we started the procedure. She'll also be super honest with you about what shape suits you best. I thank god every day that she talked me out of a Korean straight brow. The whole process took about 2.5-3 hours (1.5 hour consult and then the procedure). Other places can do it faster and charge more, but do you want someone who rushes?? I certainly didn't AND I would have paid twice as much for Lana's work. It didn't hurt at all. Lana was so gentle that I remember falling asleep. It took about 4-5 weeks for my eyebrows to heal and the color to lighten. I 100% recommend if you are considering enhancing your natural look!! Thank you Lana!!

Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. Of course, it all depends on individual and if I feel like I need a touch up earlier than later. She even gave me a Korean sandwich for lunch in case I didn't have time to get lunch. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here.
