Product Options I needed my wifi adapter, usb, and Zoom audio problems troubleshooted before an online instructor interview the next day. Since I rely on the metro buses, he was coordinated my drop off with the bus schedules. I appreciated this! He works from home and explained when 5pm hits he stops all work, so I understood when I dropped of my computer it wouldn't be looked at until the following day. He explained what could be causing the issue which would in turn affect the time frame and price moving forward. He brokedown his diagnostic fee of $50 and explained his standard flat fee of $150 aside from any parts I may need. He made it clear he would not work past the diagnostics without my permission which I gave to him prior to. So there we no surprises on my bill. I picked up my computer the next day! He again coordinated with the bus schedules. He explained how he solved the problem and walked me through other ways to troubleshoot. He has used a wifi adapter in his process and explained, while it would give me even better results, it wasn't a make or break in my computer's peformance. He gave me a run down of average prices, pro and cons of brands, and best places to shop. He offered his and allowed me to buy it from him for $25 dollars as that was the price he paid. He let me know he was there if I ever needed help or any additional questions. Great service! Another place in Lawrence told me it would cost $800 minimum to repair and I ought to buy a new PC. My machine was only 18 months old top of the line Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro.
