Well all of it was a lie. They said it had 400 hours on the motor, it had 596. He said he did a compression test, changed the plugs, water pump, plugs, oil in foot, filters, etc for a standard tune up. After bringing it back to them to have the water pump changed and all cooling components changed out, pop it valve, thermostats, etc.. he only did the water pump and he cut the over temp wiring. Something wasn't right with the motor so I brought it to my local mercury dealer and he is fixing everything. The thermostats were not changed, he is fixing the temp sensors and wiring, changing the plugs(they didn't put new plugs in it), filters, clearing all the alarm codes, and a bunch more. I expected honesty from a dealer. That is why I bought a used motor from one. DO NOT buy anything from them, they are dishonest and don't do what they say they do. They have zero integrity!!!!

Had to bring it back multiple times and still problem remains unaddressed. Took our money and we suspect they did not replace or repair anything to remedy our problem. Absolute thieves!!! Even more deplorable, our boat comes back worse than when it arrived!!! Interior trim was ripped out to access the engine and they put it back so poorly that screws are now exposed, the rear interior cushions do not fit properly anymore, and the wall closing off the engine from the cabin is sitting 3 inches where it should be. It would take little effort to do it right especially for the money spent. Do not take your boat to their shop. Period!
