This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. And I hope he don't come on here under my comment talking nonsense cause I have your number and you will get another piece of my mind, I promise you that. So don't comment at all just Do better. Businesses grow not only because of quality work but quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and he does NOT have that. I hope no one waste their money or time on this man. Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. I would recommend this location to anyone. I required a vehicle inspection, and Justin handled it for me. I chose to explore this mechanic shop - and they inspected it at no cost. Just so you know, if you go to a dealership, you will incur a diagnostic fee. The inspection was completed in less than 20 minutes. Since the car was warm, be prepared to wait a little longer before they can begin working on the vehicle. I talked with nearly all the staff here: Chad, Justin, Mike, & Vicky and they all indicated that the problem was with the turbo. - My experience with my third-party warranty that I got when I exceeded the factory warranty was utterly disappointing. I will still keep it, though. lol. My third-party warranty was a complete letdown. You can count on Vicky; she is available to help you. I must say, Vicky was invaluable throughout my experience. That said from the friendly and knowledgeable front desk manager Jessica to all of the mechanics, everyone is very thorough and do excellent work! They did a tremendous job on our Chrysler minivan that needed some electrical work. Instead of having to replace the entire fuse box, they researched and ordered a work around for our specific issue! Saved us over a thousand dollars. We just picked up our Ford Escape who had the check engine light and diagnosed and fixed the issue and my wife's SUV is driving like it was new again!!! We dropped our son's car and they are working on it now! We do not live in Magnolia and live in Cypress. We will continue to drive a few extra miles to get great excellent service, repair work done right, and at very competitive rates!!!
